Today's Kundali Bhagya 26th February 2023 episode starts with Anjali accusing Nidhi of being stupid for returning all of Arjun’s property back to him. 

She tells her that she was so confident that when Nidhi will find out about Arjun’s betrayal, then she will get so angry that she will ruin Arjun for betraying her but she was a fool to expect anything from Nidhi.

Nidhi tells her to not say another word against Arjun and admits her mistake in giving her boyfriend's face to Karan. 

She also questions Anjali about daring to fall in love with a man who has her boyfriend's face. 

Anjali tries to justify loving him but Nidhi shuts her up, telling her not to take her for a fool. 

Nidhi tells Anjali that she allowed Karan to go when she found out about Preeta because her love is profound. 

Nidhi also warns Anjali to not dare to hurt Arjun as she will have to face her before anyone. 

Anjali gets angry and tells Nidhi that she hates her and everyone else along with her who has destroyed her life. 

Meanwhile, Karan comes to Preeta, trying to romance her, and asks for a kiss while Preeta teases him, promising to kiss him but reneging at the last minute. 

Karan argues with her, encircling her in his arms to steal a kiss when Kavya comes inside the room with Rakhi and Kareena, making Arjun jump with embarrassment. 

Rakhi and Kareena realize Arjun’s romantic endeavors in his lies and tease him mercilessly. 

On the other hand, Kavya tells Arjun that she will sleep in his bedroom with him and Preeta.

Kareena and Rakhi try to cajole Kavya into sleeping with them when Arjun tells them to let Kavya sleep with him as he wants to make up for missing her childhood.  

Afterward, Arjun and Preeta begin to play and Preeta joins them too. 

Meanwhile, Anjali is driving her car, thinking about Karan’s confession and Preeta’s possessive claim of Karan, Nidhi’s warning, and shouts in frustration while blaming Preeta for taking away Arjun from him. 

Just then, Anjali watches the truck coming from the front and purposely collides with it head-on to kill herself. 

Despite the truck driver’s effort, Anjali’s car is smashed into pieces and she is taken to the hospital while Nidhi arrives there after receiving the news of the accident.

The doctors tell Nidhi that Anjali is critical at the moment and needs intensive care.

At the same time, Mahesh comes to Rishabh and Sameer asking them about Ladoos which is not in its hiding place. 

However, Rishabh tells Mahesh that Karan’s murder five years ago was a planned murder and they cannot ignore it so they do not get blindsided again by them. 

Mahesh tells him to call Abhimanyu to find out more about these people who pushed Karan. 

The next morning, Kareena and Rakhi come to the kitchen, asking Preeta about their tea when Karan also comes there and gets ragged by Rakhi and Kareena. 

Later, Preeta shows anger at Arjun, not admitting to missing her along with Rakhi and Kareena. 

Karan tries to pacify her but Preeta looks angry and tells him to leave. 

However, she is disappointed when Karan agrees to leave and fights with him for being unromantic. 

After a while, Arjun tells Preeta that the truth is that she is part of his soul and he is nothing without her.

He also tells her that some days he was so desperate for her voice that he used to come to Luthra's house just to fight and hear her.
