Today's Kundali Bhagya 2nd November 2023 episode starts with Rakhi telling Kavya happily that Preeta is back home. 

Kavya hugs Karan while watching Preeta and cries as she tells him that he fulfilled her life by bringing Preeta home. 

Afterwards, Kavya comes to Preeta and holds her hands lovingly and recalls all her childhood moments with her. 

Kavya tells Karan that Preeta is very beautiful while Karan agrees and thanks her for having faith in him. 

Further, Karan tells her to go and help prepare for Preeta’s birthday as he will bring her back as soon as she wakes up. 

Karan calls the doctor, telling him to use the backdoor to come up as he does not want to worry the family members. 

He tells Preeta that until he finds out what has happened to her and why, he will keep it to himself. 

He also swears to punish the person who dares to do that to her. 

Elsewhere, Nidhi arrives at the hospital and finds Rocky waiting for her. 

He tells Nidhi that they cannot go ahead as Rajveer and Mohit are waiting for them outside.

Nidhi tries to dress as a doctor but Rocky tells her that she has already failed to kill Preeta as a doctor so she should not use it again, asking her to wait for his call while he clears the place for her. 

After a while, Rocky comes to Rajveer disguised as a doctor and tells them to go away as they are not allowed to wait outside the room. 

Further, he calls Nidhi after sending Rajveer and Mohit away from the room, telling her to do what she thinks is best. 

Nidhi comes to Shrishti’s room and tells her that she is forced to kill her because she knows too much for her comfort. 

She takes out something from her bag and sprinkles something from a bottle, telling her that she will die in the hospital at her hand. 

Elsewhere, Karan watches Preeta sleep and tells her that she is absolutely fine according to the doctor and that she will soon become conscious.

He holds her hand and tells her that without her, he was incomplete but now with her back in his life, he feels complete. 

As Karan talks, Preeta opens her eyes which makes Karan happy and excited as he goes to make arrangements for her birthday telling her to rest. 

Meanwhile, Preeta in her semiconscious state thinks about Shrishti and wakes up to find herself in Karan’s room. 

She gets out of bed, thinking about Shrishti and calls Rajveer through landline and asks him about Shrishti. 

Rajveer tells him that they are in the hospital with Shrishti and she is fine while Preeta tells him that she is coming there. 

After a while, Mohit goes to check up on Shrishti. 

Nidhi tells Shrishti that she is very stubborn and always finishes what she starts so now she has decided to kill her and will not rest until she dies. 

She removes Shrishti’s oxygen mask and checks if she will become a hindrance for her by slapping her face. 

Nidhi adds that after Shrishti, it's Preeta's number and she will make sure that Preeta suffers before dying as she will not be there to protect her. 

Just then, Shrishti raises her hand and chokes Nidhi with her hand, telling her that she will not be able to touch the hair on Preeta’s head. 

Shrishti throws things at Nidhi weekly but Nidhi laughs at her helplessness and then suffocates her with the pillow until Shrishti is dead. 

However, Nidhi did not realise that Shrishti had taken her bracelet in her hand.
