Today's Kundali Bhagya 30th January 2023 episode starts with Preeta looking at Anjali and Arjun hugging each other while Arjun tells Anjali that he will always be her friend.

Just then, Arjun also turns around and sees Preeta looking at them in contempt and then walking out on them. 

Meanwhile, Rishabh is thinking about Preeta and her marriage to Arjun while Prithvi follows his car. 

Rishabh believes in Rakhi and knows that Rakhi is never wrong and is driving towards home. 

Just then, Prithvi brings causes Rishabh to swerve his car and crashes it into a pole. 

Prithvi brings Rishabh home and gets him treated by the doctor. 

Sherlyn tells Prithvi that he has taken a big risk by bringing him here. 

However, Prithvi tells her to not worry as he has asked the doctor to give him a sedative that will keep him asleep till morning. 

He also tells her that when Rishabh will wake up in the morning and see the proof of Arjun not being Karan, then he will definitely help them stop Arjun’s marriage to Preeta and will help him in marrying Arjun to Anjali. 

Meanwhile, Arjun comes to Preeta who is sitting quietly, lost in her thoughts, and asks her if she felt jealous of Anjali a while ago. 

Preeta refuses to accept it and tells him that he is misunderstanding the situation. 

Arjun tells Preeta that people only feel jealous when they cannot see that person with anyone else as they are the ones who are in their life. 

He tells her that she feels jealous because he is her life. 

Preeta recalls similar moments with Karan when he called her his life. 

Arjun caresses Preeta’s cheek and tells her that he finds her the most beautiful. 

Preeta's eyes begin to shed tears as he is saying exactly those things that Karan use to tell her.

After Arjun leaves, Preeta complains to him for saying everything except that he is Karan. 

The next morning, Prithvi finds Sherlyn staring at Rishabh and taunts her while telling her to prepare some breakfast for him. 

Later, he wakes Rishabh who gets shocked to see Prithvi. 

Rishabh begins to leave when Prithvi stops him by saying he has saved him last night. 

Prithvi also plants a suspicion in Rishabh’s mind by saying that his accident was not an accident but an intentional attempt to kill him. 

Rishabh refuses to believe him but Prithvi manages to convince him. 

He also tells Rishabh that Arjun is fooling them by pretending to be Karan. 

Prithvi shows Rishabh a video where a tattoo artist admits to making a tattoo on Arjun’s arm. 

He tells Rishabh to get Arjun to sign all his property to Preeta which will ultimately transfer everything to him and Preeta will be saved. 

Rishabh refuses to party with Prithvi and warns him to stay away from his family. 

Further, Rishabh warns Prithvi that if he needs any advice, he will take it from Preeta and his family. 

Prithvi tries to stop him but Rishabh walks out of the house. 

Meanwhile, Shrishti acts out in anger, throwing the flower arrangement on the floor to express her dislike for this marriage. 

However, Kareena tells her to not act childishly. 

Just then, Preeta comes there and Rakhi tells her to go and get ready. 

However, Shrishti, Kareena, and Kritika request Preeta to not marry Arjun.
