Today's Kundali Bhagya 5th March 2023 episode starts with Mahesh telling Dadi that Karan is being picky about finalizing the hospital room for Preeta.

Shrishti tells the family that God never gives anyone Jiju (brother-in-law) like Karan.

Sameer tells her that she means that God gives Jiju like Karan to everyone. 

However, Shrishti explains that if everyone gets Jiju like Karan, then he will not remain the world's best Jiju. 

As everyone smiles and laughs at the jokes, Preeta comes there.

Suddenly, Preeta’s labour pains begin and they all bring her to the hospital. 

After sending Preeta inside the operation theatre, Karan is going to the hospital temple to pray, feeling anxious when he collides with Nidhi.

Seeing Nidhi after such a long time, he becomes happy and shyly tells her that Preeta is in the labour room and they are waiting for their babies. 

However, seeing the worry on Nidhi’s face, Karan questions her for being in the hospital and gets shocked to see Anjali in the ICU. 

Nidhi tells her that Anjali had an accident and has been in a coma for a long time. 

Karan apologizes to her for losing touch with them while Nidhi tells him that she would have lied even if he called.

She also tells him to focus on Preeta and his kids for now and should come back afterward. 

Touching Anjali’s hands, Karan walks towards the door while Anjali’s hand shivers with life. 

Meanwhile, Luthras are waiting for news and feeling anxious about Preeta. 

Just then, Mahesh chides Rishabh for not calling Biji which makes him feel guilty and he apologizes while making the call. 

Rakhi and Dadi excitedly tell him to come fast as they have brought Preeta to the hospital. 

Later, Karan comes to pray to God, thanking him for his blessings and second life while asking him to keep Preeta safe along with their children. 

He also tells God to not give any tough time to Preeta and if there is any need for a tough time then give it to him instead. 

Meanwhile, Nidhi talks to Anjali, telling her that she misses her and wishes for her to be awake and by her side. 

She also tells her that they are going back to London again to start a new life. 

In the meantime, Karan excitedly hugs Sameer who is on his way to pick up Biji. 

Afterward, seeing Nidhi through the mirror, he comes inside to offer comfort. 

He tells her that she should have shared her problems with him and tells her to always fall back on him whenever she needs him as he will always be there for them. 

Meanwhile, Anjali begins to wake up while Preeta suffers the labour pain to bring new lives to the world. 

Soon, the cries of babies fill the Luthra family with joy and they all begin to celebrate. 

After a while, the doctor informs them about two fraternal twin boys have been born.

Biji also joins the celebration and distributes sweets to everyone. 

Later, the babies are brought to Preeta and Karan also comes inside to see Preeta.
