Today's Kundali Bhagya 6th January 2023 episode starts with Rakhi coming to Preeta’s room and telling her that she will come back after meeting Arjun. 

In the meantime, the doctor tells Rakhi that Arjun was very critical but her prayers saved him. 

Rakhi comes to Arjun’s room and cries in pain thinking of past moments with him when she had blessed him several times. 

Just then Arjun wakes up and Rakhi gives her God’s blessing and begins to cry hard. 

Arjun tries to comfort her while Rakhi thanks him for saving Preeta and Kavya’s life. 

She tells him that she felt as if her son has come back. 

However, she becomes puzzled when Arjun asks for Preeta. 

Meanwhile, Preeta wakes up alone in her room and Anjali’s words echoes in her mind.

In the meantime, Rakhi tells Arjun that she could not reach Preeta’s room as his voice called her as if her son is calling her. 

However, she could not complete her sentence as the doctor comes to give Arjun an injection. 

Arjun has a phobia about injections which reminds Rakhi of Karan and she comes to Arjun to comfort him. 

However, Rakhi spots the birthmark on Arjun’s hand and she feels shocked and leaves the room. 

In the meantime, Shrishti and Sameer come to Preeta’s room with Kavya asking about her worriedly. 

However, Preeta tells her that she is fine now and goes to check on Arjun. 

Meanwhile, Rakhi is recalling seeing Arjun’s birthmark and is in shock. 

Just then Kareena comes to her and talks about looking for her but Rakhi remains in shock and leaves the hospital in hurry. 

Kareena follows Rakhi thinking that something is very wrong with Rakhi behaving this way. 

In the meantime, Arjun obstinately tells the nurse that he wants the discharge when Preeta comes there. 

Arjun's face brightens seeing Preeta while the nurse tells him that Preeta also fainted a while back. 

Arjun becomes worried and tells her to rest but Preeta tells him that she is fine. 

Later Kavya comes to Arjun’s room but Preeta stops her from going to Arjun which shocks him. 

Meanwhile, Rakhi is thinking about Arjun and comes to the conclusion that Arjun is Karan. 

Later, Arjun requests Preeta if he can hug her and hugs Kavya after Preeta permits him. 

Afterwards, Arjun tells Preeta to take Kavya home as it is not good for her to be in the hospital.

Meanwhile, Rakhi comes home and directly comes to the store room without answering Dadi. 

Kareena comes following Rakhi and is surprised to see Karan’s things scattered in the store room. 

She tells Mahesh about Rakhi’s condition and one of Karan's albums is missing. 

Mahesh tells Kareena that Rakhi must be in Karan’s room. 

Meanwhile, Rakhi looks at Karan's childhood photograph where the same birthmark was visible and cries with happiness taking Karan's name.
