Today's Kundali Bhagya 7th March 2023 episode starts with Nidhi coming to Anjali’s room and is shocked to see Anjali’s room empty. 

She comes to ask the doctor who is shocked to see her gone. 

The doctor suggests seeing the CCTV footage while Anjali watches the children in the kid's care unit, trying to understand which are Karan’s children. 

Later, she accosts the nurse to find the children’s cot number and comes to the kids' room. 

Watching the children, Anjali recalls Arjun’s confession of loving Preeta. 

Meanwhile, Shrishti and Sameer find the nurse lying on the floor and comes to help her. 

On the other hand, Preeta is sitting in her room, thinking about the children when she feels her child in danger. 

At the same time, Anjali picks one child from the cot. 

Preeta tells the nurse that her children are in trouble and she has to go and check on them. 

However, Arjun and other Luthras get worried and call the doctor. 

The doctor gives Preeta the sedative while Karan assures her that he will not let anything happen to his children while there is life in him.

At the same time, Anjali is about to take the baby out when a nurse comes in to take a patient name. 

Anjali puts the baby in another cot and tells lie after lie and takes the baby with her in front of the nurse. 

As Anjali leaves, the nurse realizes one baby is missing. 

On the other hand, Nidhi comes to the CCTV room with the doctor. 

Seeing Anjali walking, she becomes happy and is about to go and find her when they see Anjali stealing a baby from the Kids Care Unit.

Elsewhere, Luthras comes to the doctor, trying to understand Preeta’s condition. 

The doctor tells them that Preeta is suffering from postpartum depression which is very normal in new mothers. 

She also assures them that Preeta will be fine very soon.

After a while, Anjali comes out of the hospital with the child and checks the car, hoping for someone to leave the keys. 

As Anjali sits in one of the cars, Nidhi comes running after her, asking her what she is doing. 

Anjali tells Nidhi that she is taking Karan and Preeta’s son with her and drives away. 

In the meantime, Nidhi runs inside to get help. 

On the way, Anjali is justifying taking away the baby and tells her that she will punish Preeta for what she has done. 

Meanwhile, Rakhi faints while worrying about Preeta. 

In the meantime, Nidhi is in dilemma about telling the news to Luthras with Preeta and Rakhi both unwell. 

Thinking about the child, Nidhi thinks of saving the child from Anjali on her own.
