Masterchef India 7 10th March 2023 Written Update: Master Chef India 2023

Today's Masterchef India 7 10th March 2023 episode starts with the continuation of the black apron challenge with Gurkirat, Priyanka, Suvarna, and Sachin.

The contestants come in front of the judges with their final clues which state what the core ingredient is that they will be using in the black apron challenge.

However, Chef Vikas brings a twist by presenting a flaming grill and telling the contestants that they have to cook their dishes completely on the grill for that day's challenge.

Chef Ranbir announces what each home cook has for their core ingredient. Priyanka gets prawns, Sachin gets quail, Gurkirat gets rainbow trout fish, and Suvarna gets mutton.

The home cooks get 90 minutes for their grilled dish and get ready to give their best on their plates.

Priyanka decides to make a kasundi pineapple grilled prawn accompanied by coconut rice.

Gurkirat decides to grill the fish with additional flavors and gets a tip from Chef Garima on how to use the grill in a way that does not burn the fish.

Suvarna decides to go with a traditional recipe of mutton from Maharashtra and seems very confident with her use of the grill.

Sachin thinks about a bell paper sauce to cook his quail in a tandoori style.

TASTING TIME

Suvarna comes with her dish first and Chef Ranbir asks her to leave for the next week as her dish is excellent today.

Suvarna cries hearing the compliments as the judges shower love on her dish.

Sachin comes next and gets both positive and negative comments about his quail dish as the judges compliment his sauce but say that the quail cooking is not up to the mark.

Priyanka gets a few disappointing comments from the judges about the lack of flavor in the prawns and the rice seems to be raw a bit which makes things worse for her.

Gurkirat gets positive comments from the judges for his fish dish and gets good remarks for his plating and grilling of the fish.

Suvarna gets the dish of the day and becomes safe from elimination. Gurkirat also becomes safe for his fish dish.

Priyanka gets eliminated between her and Sachin for her lacking dish for that day's challenge.
