Masterchef India 7 13th January 2023 Written Update: Master Chef India 2023

Today's Masterchef India 7 13th January 2023 episode starts with the chefs telling the 6 contestants that they have to go through a pressure test wearing a black apron as this test will determine their journey in the Masterchef kitchen.

Their task of the day is to create the exact replica of Chef Vikaas's Mousse and Chef Ranveer's Crayfish dish.

Santa, Sachin, and Yashu have to make chef Ranveer's dish while Baa, Priyanka, and Vineet have to make Vikaas's dish.

The contestants taste the respective dishes and analyze them carefully so that they give their best replicas in front of the chefs.

THE TIME STARTS:

The chefs discuss how difficult this task is going to be for Yashu and Baa as it includes a lot of fine techniques.

Priyanka keeps helping Baa as she sees her struggling with the recipe.

Yashu has a hard time preparing the mayonnaise for Ranveer's dish.

TIME TO TASTE THE DISH:

The parameter for judging the dish is TRP- taste, replica, and presentation.

Priyanka enters with her dish and confesses that she would have given a perfect dish if only she had 5-10 minutes more.

Chefs tell her that this is because she was busy helping Baa, however, Priyanka says that if she did not help Baa then she would not be able to face herself in the mirror.

The elements in her dish are very good and the chocolate is perfectly tempered, however, the Glaze and mousse are not in proportion.

Next comes Baa along with her dish.

Her presentation is not commendable and there are some missing elements on her plate, however, the cake and mousse are perfectly made and the flavours are widely present.

Sachin brings his dish next whose presentation is very close to Ranveer's dish but his Crayfish is overcooked.

Vineet brings his dish next which is the perfect replica of Vikaas's dish as all the elements are present and are filled with flavours.

Santa comes with her Cray fish next, her execution is great but the mustard content of her sauce is a bit more and the pickling is less.

Lastly, Vineet enters with his dish in front of the chefs.

His presentation is very good but the flavours are missing from the dish.

TIME TO ANNOUNCE THE RESULTS:

The chefs announce that the Amul dish of the day is Vineet's. He is saved from the week's elimination, and Ranveer gives him his own knife as a token of appreciation.

Santa, Priyanka and Sachin are saved from the eliminations as well.

Now the decision comes down to Baa and Yashu. After a while, the chefs announce that Baa is the one who has to leave the MasterChef kitchen bringing an end to this week's elimination.
