Masterchef India 7 23rd February 2023 Written Update: Master Chef India 2023

Today's Masterchef India 7 23rd February 2023 episode starts with chef Garima telling Kamaldeep to redo the ganache as some water has seeped through.

Aruna is making mini “apams”, a south Indian dish which Garima finds interesting.

Ranveer tells Sachin to fry the leaves of fenugreek instead of stems for crispiness.

Aruna’s dish has incorporated the core ingredient, coconut well and the wholesome flavour of her dish is praised greatly by the Chefs.

Vikaas says Kamaldeep’s plate is colourful but she could have displayed her elements better.

The judges tell her the dish is delicious and comforting.

The sauce in Santa’s dish is so vibrant that Vikaas says it deserves a Michelin star.

Garima feels it is Santa’s best plate so far and Ranveer honours her dish with the phrase “swad agya”.

Nayanjyoti’s dish has a classy appearance and the taste of his dish is brilliant and innovative though his puff pastry could have been better.

Swarna’s dish has a good texture and Ranveer is amazed at the flavours in the fish but Garima feels a few flavours are clashing.

Gurkirat’s dish has a unique presentation and the dessert has a wholesome taste with balanced flavours.

Garima points out Deepa’s mushrooms have a nice flavour but there’s some sand left in them.

Ranveer tells Sachin that the flatbread could have been levelled up to feel fulfilling while the overall dish is flavorful.

Vikaas tells them the competition was tough today but the only 3 home cooks that will become safe are Santa, Gurkirat, and Aruna.

Vikaas adds that Fortune's dish of the day was Santa’s dish.

The remaining contestants along with Priyanka will enter the black apron challenge tomorrow.
