Masterchef India 7 24th January 2023 Written Update: Master Chef India 2023

Today's Masterchef India 7 24th January 2023 episode starts with the first team challenge of the home cooks in Goa.

Team Blue will have Priyanka Kundu Biswas, Nayanjyoti Saikia, Kamaldeep Kaur, Suvarna Bagul, Sachin Khatwani, and Aruna Vijay with Priyanka as the captain.

Team yellow will have Priya Vijan, Avinash Patnaik, Santa Sharma, Deepa Chauhan, Gurkirat Singh Grover, and Vineet Yadav with Priya, as the captain.

The home cooks have to work in the famous Greek restaurant called "Thalassa" located on Ashwem beach, Goa and have to prepare 3 meal courses picked out from Mediterranean cuisine including the Mediterranean Mezze Platter, Main Course, and Dessert.

Chef Edgardo Cruzet will assist the young chefs in the commercial kitchen of Thalassa.

THE TIME STARTS

The home cooks immediately start planning the menu for the day as they have to cook in the commercial kitchen for the first time in their lives.

Priyanka forgot to pick up vanilla essence, mutton, and a lot of sugar for the dessert while Priya forgot to pick up yeast, beans, cardamom, and sesame.

After a lot of chaos, the home cooks get back to work and start telling the chefs their plans for the day.

Chef Edgardo keeps helping the home cooks out and at the same time warning them if they are cooking elements in a wrong manner.

Priya decides that Santa and Avinash will go on the grill from their team.

Priyanka decides that Sachin and Nayanjyoti will go on the grill from their team.

Avinash's fish gets stuck on the grill which makes Ranveer go to him and help him out.

Chef Edgardo asks the blue team to start their plating as time is running out and they have to put forward their dish for service.

TIME TO TASTE THE DISH

Chef Mariketty Grana joins the chefs as she is the owner and founder of the Thalassa restaurant.

Priyanka and Priya present their first dish before the judges which is a Mediterranean Mezze Platter.

Both the dishes look fantastic to the chefs and then they start tasting the dish.

Ranveer Brar says that he is very impressed with the presentation of Priyanka's dish.

However, if only team blue would have used 7 elements in place of 10 then the level of their dish would have increased.

The chefs are not very impressed by Priya's mezze platter's presentation.

The taste is also not very memorable of the yellow team's dish.

Ranveer Brar says that for the Mediterranean Mezze Platter Priyanka's Blue team is a clear winner.

Now it is time for the home cooks to present their main course and dessert before the chefs.
