Today's Masterchef India 7 28th March 2023 episode starts with the continuation of the pressure test challenge by Chef Saransh.

The home cooks present their dishes to the judges who do the tasting and score the dishes according to the presentation, taste, and flavors.

On seeing Aruna's dish, Chef Saransh says that it is the most beautiful presentation till now among all the home cooks.

The judges taste the various dishes and compliment Suvarna's dish for the perfect taste in the fillings, some even better than Chef Saransh's.

Chef Vikas says that she has succeeded in presenting the tastes of the North, East, West, and South accurately in their dish.

With Gurkirat's dish, Chef Garima says that she feels some fillings are a bit imbalanced.

After the tasting gets over, the judges announce that two dishes among the five which failed to impress them in this challenge have been selected.

Kamaldeep and Gurkirat get eliminated from the Top 6 and the Top 4 become Suvarna, Aruna, Nayanjyoti, and Santa.

THE FINAL TASK: COOK WITH CHEFS

The home cooks enter the kitchen as the Top 4 finalists wear the golden apron and meet the chefs.

Chefs announce that they will be the ones cooking in this challenge with whom the home cooks have to follow and cook the same dish.

Chef Vikas starts the challenge by presenting his idea of making a dish inspired by the street food of India.

The home cooks follow Chef Vikas closely and prepare the spices as needed.

The other chefs seem curious about the performance of the home cooks on how they will manage to keep up with Chef Vikas.

With the use of agar-agar and some complex techniques in the recipe, some home cooks find it difficult to follow Chef Vikas.

Suvarna seems to be stuck in the preparation of the thin sheets and gets nervous.

As the time of completion comes, Suvarna lags behind in making the edible plastic sheet.

Suvarna prepares the element again and struggles as Chef Garima takes over for the next part of the recipe.
