Masterchef India 7 3rd February 2023 Written Update: Master Chef India 2023

Today's Masterchef India 7 3rd February 2023 episode starts with Ranveer Brar talking about the third level of Black Apron Challenge.

Home cooks need to prepare a dish using the leftover eggs and yolk as Amul pantry will be open for 2 minutes and the time to prepare the dish is 60 minutes.

THE TIME STARTS

Priyanka makes the French dessert using 3 eggs with Amul cream while However Suvarna makes pasta using 2 eggs left with her.

Garima approaches Suvarna and asks her not to overflow the egg in the Ravioli.

Garima gets shocked when she hears Santa preparing the 2 dishes in one hour and asks her to keep a clear vision of the star of the dish which is an egg.

Nazia cooks egg ras malai and Garima calls it interesting as she has never tasted it before.

Ranveer approaches Avinash and asks him to de-mold the dish and gets disappointed by his technique of using silicon mold.

He then goes to Priyanka and tells her that the mayonnaise shouldn't burst.

Aruna and Gurkirat cheer Nazia to work at a fast pace.

Kamaldeep asks Avinash to give a proper shape to the dish by placing it on the plate.

Vikaas goes to Priyanka and teaches her a tip while Suvarna feels that her egg might scatter in the boiling water so she dips her hand to give a proper finish.

Ranveer gets disappointed by Avinash due to the bursting of the mold and tells him that he still has 15 mins to use his brain.

In the last 5 mins, everybody starts plating and Garima asks Priyanka to focus on herself instead of taking advice from the safe members.

TIME TO TASTE THE DISH

Santa brings her dish, a sort of bread dessert to the judges.

Vikkas appreciates her for the platting as it was a risk while Ranveer misses the plating on the pan.

Priyanka is already disappointed by her dish due to the mayonnaise and gets negative remarks on the plating.

Priyanka shares the right-hand ligament injury that prevents her to be in the safe corner.

Garima says that she wants Priyanka to explore her ideas further.

Suvarna presents her Garima calls her plate of Pasta looking a bit lonely.

Ranveer appreciates her for the technique but tells her to immediately serve a dish like this.

Nazia's presentation gets quoted the best but Vikkas feels that the Rasmalai was very sweet.

Avinash feels his dish not to be strong, leading him to elimination.

The chefs find Avinash's "Nargis Kofta" very hard and get disappointed by his failed performance in the 3rd challenge as well.

TIME FOR THE RESULTS

Ranveer announces Avinash's elimination while Garima asks about Avinash's experience on the journey. 

Meanwhile, Garima says that Gurkirat's dish is "Amul's dish of the week".
