Masterchef India 7 7th April 2023 Written Update: Master Chef India 2023

Today's Masterchef India 7 7th April 2023 episode starts with Chef Vikas Khanna and Chef Ranveer Brar welcoming Chef Garima Arora on the set of the Masterclass.

Chef Garima talks about the essence of Tea in Indian Culture and tells the contestants that today they are going to make a dish inspired by Chai Ki Tapri.

The contestants/home cooks take notes as Chef Garima starts cooking and continues adding tea leaves and other tea ingredients into the dish in unique ways.

In the end, the home cooks taste the chai-inspired dish and get shocked at how they feel like they have tasted the tea from their own homes.

Chef Garima makes a special type of cake infused with tea flavors and a cream whipped with chai.

Aruna beats the dough while the home cooks joke that Aruna is releasing her anger on the dough by beating it furiously.

Chef Garima shows the perfect consistency of her cake which leaves the home cooks very intrigued.

The home cooks taste the cake and are amazed by how the flavors have got infused into the dish perfectly.

COTTON CANDY CHERRY BLOSSOM

Chef Vikas shows cotton candies to the home cooks and asks them about their memories related to them.

Aruna says that it reminds her of her school days when cotton candies used to be sold outside the schools.

Gurkirat says that he used to think that cotton candies are made of cotton to which Chef Vikas agrees.

Chef Vikas shows a recipe for a cherry blossom tree made out of cotton candy, chocolate, and strawberry flavor.

The base is made from a pistachio crumble, strawberry pure, and berries, the tree branches are made up of chocolate, and the cherry blossoms are constituted from cotton candies.

The home cooks taste the dessert and relive their childhood memories with the sweetness of cotton candy.

Sakshi Mehta, the winner of the Amul Cheese Contest joins Chef Vikas to share her winning dish with the home cooks.

The home cooks get impressed after tasting Sakshi's dish which is a waffle with spinach crunch and pesto sauce and the flavor of cheese infused in everything.

GAME TIME

Chef Ranbir introduces some fun games to the home cooks where two home cooks will compete with each other in a task within one minute.

Nayanjyoti and Santa compete in the contest of filling momos and shaping them and Nayanjyoti wins the game.

Kamaldeep and Aruna compete to make laddoos and Kamaldeep wins for making better shapes.

Suvarna beats Sachin in the competition of peeling eggs with which the games come to an end.

Chef Ranbir thanks the home cooks for joining them in this masterclass series and bids adieu to the audience till next time.
