Masterchef India 8 16th October 2023 Written Update, Episode 1

Today's Masterchef India 8 16th October 2023 episode starts with the judges being introduced for this brand-new season of Masterchef Season 8.

The judges Vikas Khanna, Pooja Dhingra, and Ranveer Brar enter the iconic MasterChef kitchen and call the first person who will give auditions for the competition of this new season.

Nambie Narak from Meghalaya comes as a contestant who presents a dish from her local cuisine with the help of ingredients exclusive to her area in the form of rice crackers and garnished elements.

The judges give Nambie the white apron which makes her selected for this journey.

The next contestant is named Harish who runs a retail chain and runs a channel named "Harry's Lunch Box".

He presents a dish named "Rainbow Lemon Rice" which impresses the judges and he gets the apron of selection.

Seeing the incredible bond between father and daughter, Judge Pooja Dhingra gets emotional as she misses her late father.

The next contestant comes for auditions named Kaushalya Choudhary from Bhopalgarh who runs a YouTube channel named "Siddhi Marwari".

Kaushalya shares her journey regarding her growth through her YouTube channel while being in a constricted environment.

Her dish "Raj Kachodi" makes the judges nostalgic for the authentic Indian taste which makes Kaushalya gain her MasterChef apron.

Another contestant comes to the audition from Kashmir named Dr Rukhsaar Saeed who is a degree holder in food technology and wants to express Kashmiri spices to the entire India.

Her traditional dish with a family recipe leaves the judges speechless and they give her the MasterChef apron at once.

Even after she leaves, the judges continue to eat the dish as they like it very much.

Suraj Thapa comes from West Bengal and makes a dessert which makes Judge Pooja Dhingra curious as she is an expert on desserts.

He gives a twist to his dish with the Bengal ingredients which impresses the judges very much and Suraj gets the MasterChef apron.

Pooja Dhingra compliments Suraj on his skills and is hopeful to see his growth in the future episodes of the show.
