Today's Mithai 27th April 2022 episode starts with Siddharth beating Bhura and his men to a pulp with some help from Mithai.

Siddharth sees Indu having trouble breathing and wraps up the fight.

Apeksha calls for an ambulance which takes Indu to the hospital.

Once there, Mithai keeps asking the doctor about Indu's condition.

Apeksha calls for a doctor to dress Siddharth's wounds but he doesn't stay still as he is too worried for Indu.

Siddharth remembers that Indu asked to keep her condition a secret from Mithai and rushes to prevent any information from reaching her.

Indu and Siddharth hint to the doctor to make Mithai leave.

After Mithai and Apeksha leave, Indu asks the doctor if she will survive.

The doctor assures them that with proper medication cancer can be taken care of.

Indu requests Siddharth to never let anything take away Mithai's smile.

Siddharth drives Indu's wheelchair straight to his car where Mithai is concerned due to his actions.

Arguing that Indu needs rest and peace which she will never get from Mithai, Siddharth ends the subject.

Mithai begins again by stating that Girish will never change his mind and their presence will only cause more trouble in the Choubey family.

Ignoring Mithai, Siddharth lets Indu into the car.

At the Choubey house, Girish is happy that Mithai and Indu left and states that he never wants to see her nor hear her name ever again.

Harimohan calls Mithai and Indu in but Girish shouts at them to stop.

Siddharth tries to explain that Indu and Mithai are his responsibility and that they will stay in the Choubey house itself.

The house gets divided into two as the supporters of Siddharth stand against Girish, Pramod, and Apeksha.

Seeing the difference in the family Girish storms off. Later, Siddharth visits Indu as she is resting.
