Today's Naagin 6 episode starts with Prarthna asking the stranger how he knows Bharat is in danger.

Bharat is in danger

As the stranger reveals that many years ago, Professor took Pratha to a secluded jungle to tell her about the threat and Prarthna again repeats her question about how he knows all this.

In reply, the stranger informs Prarthna that a few people have died in a room due to poison.

He even adds that “Naagin” poison is being used to kill people and ruin Naagin’s name.

This shocks Prarthna and her eyes widen when the stranger tells her this disease is called “Naagin” since it lives in people’s bodies.

As Prarthna is about to leave, Prashant, the stranger tells her that India will be attacked through diseases this time.

Afterward, in the Gujral mansion, Prarthna is contemplating her decision as she is unsure whether she should fulfill her responsibility toward her nation or her responsibility toward Naaglok.

Prarthna feels torn

She is roaming aimlessly in the hall when she hears a knock on the door and opens it to find a "Baba".

When Prarthna urges the Baba to bless her and the baby, the Baba turns pale and only advises Prarthna to fight all the obstacles in her way.

Prarthna urges the Baba to reveal what he means but the Baba walks away.

Meanwhile, Raghuveer gets worried for Prarthna when he does not find her as he turns around and starts looking around for her.

On the other hand, Prarthna feels torn inside since she is unable to come to any decision when she notices Pratha’s picture hanging on a wall.

She starts crying as the feeling of helplessness slowly grips her and she begs Pratha to help her.

When Prarthna says that if Pratha was around she would have been able to help her, she closes her eyes and hears Prarthna’s voice which urges Prarthna to do what she thinks is right.

Pratha’s voice also adds that both paths are right this time, so it is up to Prarthna what path she will choose.

As Prarthna opens her eyes, she lets out a sigh of relief and admits that now she knows what she has to do.

King Takshak's order

On the other hand, Raghu orders Prarthna to come to Naag mahal since King Takshak wants to meet and when he and Prarthna arrive there, King Takshak informs them that Naaglok’s entrance will be closed for a few days.

King Takshak tells Prarthna and Raghuveer that they have to reach Naaglok before “Bhramha Muharatam” since the door will be closed after that time.

Raghu nods excitedly whereas Prarthna seems to be lost in her thoughts as she thinks she has only 24 hours to find out about the danger.

Noticing the distressed look on Prarthna’s face, King Takshak questions her if everything is all right and Prarthna nods.

Prarthna and Raghu's Mission

Afterward, when Prarthna and Raghuveer come back to the Gujral mansion, Prarthna explains to Raghuveer that her father has written a letter to her that states danger is luring in dark.

She also mentions in the next 5 years, Bharat will face significant danger since her father was never wrong so Raghu orders her to come with him to the room to search the room.

Later when Prarthna and Raghuveer arrive at the room, they get surprised to see the green liquid substance in jars while one scientist is experimenting with it.

As Raghu tries to interrogate the scientist, the scientist plunges an injection into his neck to attempt suicide.

The scientist dies while a liquid comes out of his mouth, causing Prarthna to get suspicious as she is sure something big is happening in the nation under her nose.

Meanwhile, Raghu calls the police who lock the area and Raghu takes Prarthna home.

Crack in Raghu and Prarthna's relationship

Afterward, in the Gujral mansion, Prarthna again tries to make Raghu understand her point of view that she has a responsibility toward Bharat but Raghu is determined to go to Naaglok without any argument.

They get into an argument when Raghu yells that maybe Professor's calculation is wrong.

Raghu walks away after ordering Prarthna to choose between her kids and her responsibility toward the nation.

After Raghu leaves, Prarthna imagines her two contradicting personalities standing in front of her who have different opinions about it.

One personality orders Prarthna to put her family first whereas the other personality orders Prarthna to choose her responsibility.

When Prarthna stands up to walk, she trips and falls to the ground on her stomach.

Birth of two new Naagins

As Prarthna screams for help, a sudden storm surrounds the Gujral mansion and the cloud starts rumbling.

Raghu picks up Prarthna in his arms to take her inside the Gujral mansion as soon as he sees her lying there on the ground.

When Raghu enters the Gujral mansion with Prarthna in his arms, Soniya informs him that neither they can go to the hospital, nor the doctor can come due to the heavy storm.

Raghu takes responsibility to bring his babies into the world and Prarthna gives birth to two baby girls.

On the other hand, in Naaglok, King Takshak announces that a new problem has risen in Maha Shesh Naagin and Maha Shesh Naag's lives so it will be interesting to see what path they choose.

This prediction surprises everyone and Swarna mentions that she is doubtful about Raghu's return.

Prarthna disobeys Raghu

In the meantime, Raghu and Prarthna again get into a heated argument when Prarthna repeats that her heart is telling her that something is wrong.

Raghu goes to sleep after making it clear that if anything happens to his kids due to Prarthna, he will not forgive her, making Prarthna gulp.

However, Prarthna wakes up from her sleep due to a nightmare and she finds a stone in the room.

As she comes out to check, she meets Prashant who begs her to not go as the nation will be attacked in the next five years.

After Prashant walks away, Prarthna returns to her room but decides to check the lap one last time to make sure nothing is wrong.

One of the baby girls starts crying as Prarthna is walking away so Prarthna takes the baby with her.

When she returns to the science lab, she finds a hidden underground room where lots of baby snakes are stored whereas Raghu also starts looking for Prarthna with another baby girl.

Meanwhile, Prarthna orders the scientist reveals what is going on but the scientist commits suicide.

Now as per the latest spoiler of Naagin 6, the stranger reveals to Prathna that a danger is lurking in the dark which will destroy Bharat if it is stopped on time.

He also informs Prarthna that a strange thing is happening as scientists are dying in a closed room due to Naagin poison.

Prarthna gets shocked to hear that an enemy is using Naagin poison to kill people.

According to the latest news of Naagin 6, Prarthna and Raahu will meet King Takshak in the Naag mahal and Raghu reveals that he wants to leave Prarthna here for her safety.

However, Prathna falls on her stomach when Raghu is not around and screams in pain.
