Today's Pandya Store 10th April 2023 episode starts with Shweta looking at Natasha lying on the hospital bed with tears in her eyes.

Shweta enters with a gloomy expression, but the nurse orders her to leave the hospital room to prevent Natasha from getting infected.

Meanwhile, in Pandya’s house, Suman is praying to God for Natasha and Dhara’s speedy recovery when Shiva arrives there to ask Suman questions since he is going crazy due to not being able to understand why Rishita is staying at Pandya’s house.

Suman looks at Shiva with irritation as she does not have the energy to deal with this any longer while Shiva patiently waits for Suman’s reply.

Looking at Shiva from a distance, Dev tells Rishita that they cannot afford Shiva’s meltdown now because Dhara and Natasha both are at the hospital and Rishita nods her head.

Dev then walks over to Shiva to inform him that Rishita is his friend’s wife who is mentally sick so she calls every kid her own and Suman announces Raavi is the daughter-in-law of the Pandya house.

The next day, Gautam walks into Dhara’s hospital room looking grim and as he grabs Dhara’s hand, he breaks down in sobs.

He begs Dhara to wake up, accepting his mistake of not being there for her these past seven years while Dhara lies on the hospital bed with her eyes closed.

On the other hand, Rishita’s happiness vanishes into thin air as she finds Natasha hugging Shweta in her hospital cabin.

She quietly leaves the room as she hears Natasha saying “I love you” to Shweta and neither Natasha nor Shweta notices her.

Afterward, Rishita takes Chiku to meet Dhara in her hospital room and Chiku begs Dhara to wake up after he calls her “mom”.

Chiku holds Dhara’s hand while he cries uncontrollably and Rishita rubs his back to calm him down.

The days continue to pass but Dhara shows no sign of her recovery despite the Pandya family visiting her every day.

When Shiva and Krish visit Dhara, they even tell Dhara that they are smoking and fighting with strangers on the roads yet have no luck in waking Dhara up.

Meanwhile, Chiku and Mithu are busy crying for their mothers as both of them are missing their moms terribly.

The next day, Rishita brings Natasha home but no one seems to be happy as Rishita gives Shweta permission to stay at Pandya Nivas for Natasha's sake.

Prerna's heart shatters when Rishita orders her to empty Krish's room for Shweta's accommodation so she walks away without uttering any more words.

However, later as she packs her bags, she feels defeated by Shweta while she recalls Shweta's smirking face, and Shweta orders Prerna to get ready to leave Krish's life too.

Meanwhile, Gomby arrives home drunk, and he puts everyone in their place by stating that Dhara has given her everything to this family yet all the family members are always ready to humiliate Dhara.
