Today's Pandya Store 13th October 2023 episode starts with Natasha asking about the health of Suman while the doctor tells her that they have kept her on a ventilator as her organs are not supporting her.

Meanwhile, the nurse also comes there and tells them that the medicine is not available there so they have to order it from Mumbai.

Natasha asks for clarification from the doctor when he tells her that they are trying their best and at the same time he also asks her to arrange the medicines.

On the other hand, Amresh asks about Cheeku's identity when Cheeku tells him that he is Yashodharan Pandya, the elder brother of Natasha.

Amresh is shocked to hear that and asks earlier why didn't he tell this thing to him so Cheeku tells him that after today's event the brother inside him is awake.

Just then, Dhawal appears there, asking about Natasha leading Cheeku to tell him that she is with Suman in hospital as she had a heart attack.

After hearing this news, Dhawal rushes to the hospital whereas Chameli tells Amba that Dhawal is still thinking for his in-laws while Amba tells her that he is going out to sort out today's matter.

Meanwhile, Natasha calls Shesh to come to the hospital as they have to arrange the injection while Dhawal comes into the hospital.

Natasha gets angry with him and pushes him while she also falls with him.

On the other hand, Amba says that she is terrified that something bad will happen to Suman because they will have to face the consequences of it.

Meanwhile, Natasha tells Dhawal that he is the downfall of her life while he asks her to keep their differences aside, asking about Suman's health.

Natasha requests him to leave them alone while she receives a call and discusses bringing medicine from Mumbai.

Dhawal hears her conversation and murmurs if she is going to shift to Mumbai after Suman's treatment.

After that, the doctor comes there when Dhawal asks about Suman's health and the doctor gives him the prescription, asking him to bring the medicines.

Meanwhile, Cheeku comes to the hospital and tries to console Natasha while she starts beating him and asks why he came after so many years.

She asks why despite being with them for so many days, he didn't tell the truth.

After that, she asks him if he doesn't feel pity for them and he hugs her, asking for an apology from her.

Cheeku tells her that he had a rage for them in his heart as he had a thinking that they don't love him while Natasha asks how can he think so whereas Amresh scolds Bhavin for his selfishness as he wants to be the director.

Meanwhile, Natasha tries to explain to Cheeku that they had missed him every time from childhood to her wedding.

Cheeku says sorry for coming late while Shesh and Natasha hug him and after that, Shesh expresses his happiness while saying that finally, his big brother is back with them.

Natasha says that this happiness is incomplete without Suman while Cheeku asks her to keep faith in God.

Meanwhile, the nurse comes outside and tells the doctor that Suman's condition is deteriorating while Natasha becomes more tense after hearing this.
