Today's Pandya Store 21st May 2023 episode starts with Arushi throwing the stick away from Raavi's hand.

She asks Raavi why she is so aggressive always and Raavi replies that she has told Arushi the facts about her and Shiva's marriage.

Arushi explains that her mom wants her to marry someone in this small town, so she picked Shiva just to irritate her mother.

She further states that she can help Raavi in this by pretending to like Shiva so Shiva will not go around asking other girls for marriage.

Meanwhile, during this time, Raavi can bring Shiva's memory back.

Hearing this, Raavi angrily questions Arushi why she wants to use Shiva to which Arushi replies that she wants to go back to Mumbai and Shiva is her ticket in this.

Raavi accepts Arushi's offer since she has no other option but to keep Shiva away from his marriage dream.

On the other hand, in Pandya Nivas, Gomby scolds Chiku when Chiku asks Gomby about which mother he is talking about.

Gomby makes Chiku understand that Dhara is his only mother so Chiku should give Dhara the same respect.

However, Chiku informs him that Dhara has gone to the hospital to finish work.

This alerts Gautam and he calls Dhara to know if she is creating any mess again to which Dhara replies that she has come to the hospital for an ear check-up.

Gomby does not buy Dhara's logic and tells her that she should consult him first for any kind of planning first, otherwise, she will get into trouble.

At the same time, Shivank overhears Gomby's conversation with Dhara which makes him think that Prerna and Krish must be with Dhara.

Meanwhile, Dhara, Krish, and Prerna change their normal attire into medical vigilance officers and Krish puts a white wig on his head.

They then arrive at the receptionist's desk, announcing that they have a report that some of the medical staff here are involved in something illegal.

In Pandya Store, Shiva hears some sounds in the back of the go-down so he goes to check it thinking there must be a monkey but it turns around to be Raavi.

Raavi texts Dev, asking for help as she needs to stay hidden from Shiva's eyes and Dev sends Shiva home to buy some groceries.

Afterward, Raavi meets Dev in the middle of the road and informs him that they need to recreate her first meeting with Shiva to make him remember everything.

Dev fixes a bucket full of red chilies on the electric wire, saying that he does not understand why Pandya ladies don't do things in a simplistic manner.

When Shiva arrives under the electric wire, he collides with Raavi, resulting in him catching her while Dev tugs the rope slightly and the red chiles fall all over them.

Shiva gets a hazy flashback of holding Raavi like this but he dismisses it stating that Raavi is bad luck for him.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, the head of the medical vigilance officer is also present as his daughter is pregnant.

He informs the doctor that he has not sent any of his employees to investigate the pathology lab.

On the other hand, the doctors in the pathology lab give Dhara Shweta's blood sample, saying that the blood sample does not die here for ten days when Dhara accuses them of creating a mess up.
