Today's Pandya Store 4th September 2023 episode starts with a few labourers coming into Amresh’s office and ruining all the things.

Amresh gets shocked and shouts at them, asking the reason behind their violent actions when one of the labourers rebukes him for having no respect towards the labourers.

They try to shame Amresh for treating them like animals as they are working for him so he should have some courtesy.

On the other hand, Natasha tries to stand on auto but she is about to fall.

Till then, Dhawal comes there and saves her from falling while Natasha gets lost in his eyes.

Meanwhile, her friend asks them to come down and do the rest of the romance later.

Meanwhile, one of the labourers appears there, asking Dhawal to come with him while he also pushes Natasha.

Dhawal gets angry at him and warns him to be within his limit.

After that, Natasha asks her friend to go back to her home as she also decides to go with Dhawal.

The labourers argue with Amresh that they want fifty lakh rupees compensation for the treatment of their co-workers.

They also ask him to resign because they do not want to work under him as he treats the workers as insects.

Dhawal tries to solve the situation but the workers do not listen to him and they start to damage the things in the office.

Meanwhile, Chirag tries to calm them down but the worker instead of listening to him starts beating him.

The workers ask for compensation but Amresh tells them that small incidents usually occur at the construction site.

He tries to assure them that he will give money for the proper treatment of their co-worker, Anil.

Labourers do not agree with him and say that unless he completes the conditions that they have put in front of him, they will not allow him and his brothers to go out of this office.

They try to terrify him by saying that they will lock him in the room from the outside.

Meanwhile, Natasha calls Hetal and tells her everything, she also asks her to come there to control the situation.

Hetal gets worried and goes along with Pranali and Dolly but Amba says that he will go to solve the matter.

Dolly reminds her that a few minutes ago she was having pain in her back so how can she manage, Amba does not say anything.

Meanwhile, Natasha calls Suman, asking her to send fifty lakh rupees for the treatment of Anil but Suman says that she should ask for it from Amresh when Natasha lies to her that his phone is unreachable.
