Today's Pandya Store 5th March 2023 episode starts with Dhara yelling at Chiku for risking Natasha’s life in the name of a prank.

She orders Chiku to not talk to her anymore, bringing tears to his eyes but he does not say anything more.

Turning to Prerna, Dhara informs her that their life is always surrounded by drama so she hopes Prerna will not add anything more to it.

At the same time, Rishita blames Dhara for Chutki’s illness as she has brought Prerna into the house but Suman announces that Rishita only thinks about Shesh and Chutki.

Suman even clarifies that Dhara needs to think about all the members of the family which shuts Rishita up.

As Rishita runs away with Chutki’s medicine with tears in her eyes, Dhara urges Suman to take care of the kids in her absence.

Meanwhile, Krish, Dev, and Gomby order the doctor to check on Natasha who is lying on the stretcher and the doctor orders the Pandya brothers to wait.

Just then, Dhara and Rishita arrive at the hospital when Gomby tells them to wait as the doctor is checking Chutki who is whining in pain.

The doctor then questions everyone if they know about Natasha's illness and Rishita cryingly admits that they don't know anything about Natasha's illness.

She even hands the doctor Natasha's medicine box, saying that this box contains all her medicines.

When the doctor remarks that he has never seen such a careless mother like Rishita, Shweta arrives there to claim that she is Natasha's mother.

Shweta announces that Rishita and Dhara are Natasha's "Badi Maa" so they don't know much about Natasha's struggle.

Meanwhile, Natasha starts screaming due to her stomach ache which attracts everyone's attention so they rush into the room.

As Rishita sits beside Chutki, Shweta questions the doctor about what happened and the doctor reveals that Natasha has not passed urine for the whole day.

This shocks Shweta and she scolds Natasha for not passing urine who reveals that she does not like the washroom of Pandya's house whereas Rishita recalls that time when little Chutki was going through the same pain.

At the same time, Rishita informs the doctor that she is Natasha's mother, making Shweta angry so she walks out of the room to announce that Shweta Pandya is the mother of Chiku Pandya.

Back in Pandya's house, Suman questions why he has sent such weak lemons into her house when Prerna informs her that she and Dhara mixed sleeping drugs in Shweta's food.

Suman tells Prerna that she should have used all the sleeping drugs for Shweta as now, she is sure Shweta is doing drama in the hospital.

While Prerna stands there with her head hung low, Suman orders her to pack Krish, Chutki, and Chiku's suitcases and Prerna nods her head.

Suman then reveals that she wants Prerna to take Krish, Chutki, and Chiku with her back to Canada.

Meanwhile, Shesh and Mithu console Chiku by urging him not to worry as Dhara will not stick to her words since she loves Chiku very much.

On the other hand, in the hospital, Dhara slaps Shweta for the announcement while yelling that if a person is dying, Shweta will focus only on drama.

Shweta is unbothered by Dhara's accusation so she yells that this is the truth and if Rishita can reveal the truth, she can also do the same.

As Shweta reveals that she brought Chukti back only for her treatment, Rishita loses her cool and slaps her.
