Today's Parineeti 11th February 2023 episode starts with everyone waiting for doctors to update on Neeti’s situation.

The doctor informs Rajeev that Neeti needs immediate blood transfer and though the doctors are trying to arrange for it, it’s better if they manage to arrange it quicker.  

Sukhwinder and the rest plead with the doctor to test if any of their blood will be compatible.

Bebe instructs Pari, whom she considers a bad omen, to not get the test as she doesn’t want even a drop of Pari’s blood in Neeti’s.

Raghav tells Bebe that what Bebe feels is not important as saving Neeti's life shall be the top priority.

Bebe reluctantly allows Pari to take the test but hopes her blood doesn’t match.

Meanwhile, as the police are hunting for Rakesh, he calls his father in hopes of getting out of the mess he has created.

Contrary to his expectations, his dad denies to help him out so to get his help to escape from the police, Mr. Ahlawat adds that Rakesh deserves a beating from the police for all he does is run aimlessly around girls.

Despite Rakesh begging him, he hangs up and Rakesh feels overwhelmed.

On the other hand, Rajeev apologizes to Pari on Bebe’s behalf but Pari admits that she feels Bebe is right as her arrival has only bought upon misfortune in Neeti’s life.

Parminder prays for Neeti and her unborn child and hopes that whatever the situation, Neeti, and Pari stick together without drifting apart.

Soon, the doctor comes over to announce the test results and informs the family that only Pari’s blood is an appropriate match.

After the transfusion of blood, the doctor reveals that though Neeti is fine, they were unable to save her child.  

Everyone mourns and grieves the loss of her unborn child while Rajeev pays Neeti a visit and they both cry in the comfort of each other’s arms.

Meanwhile, Rakesh goes to meet Mr. Ahlawat who kicks him out as he feels he has committed such a grave crime by killing Neeti’s child.

He asks him to move on and let Neeti & Pari live their life peacefully.

He adds that he is done saving him time and again when he makes unforgivable mistakes.

As Neeti comes back home, Pari tries to cheer her up.

As Pari is about to leave, Neeti pleads for her to stay.

Neeti fetches a pair of socks, a doll, and a superhero toy that she planned to give to her child when he or she was born and shows it to Pari and Rajeev.

Bebe comes in and blames Pari for all the misfortune as she goes on and on about her superstitious beliefs.

Rajeev asks her not to make a big deal out of it by blaming Pari based on baseless facts.

A humiliated Bebe announces she’s leaving the house for as long as Pari is a part of it

Neeti sobs uncontrollably as she struggles not only with her loss but the pain, she has brought to the family along with it.

Rajeev and Pari try to calm her down but it seems of no use.
