Today's Parineeti 12th October 2023 episode starts with Bebe praising Neeti and telling everyone that she cooks perfectly while Pari asks her to help in Parminder’s birthday celebration.

Neeti says no and goes towards her and after that, she asks Pari to help her celebrate her elder mother–in–law’s birthday.

Pari gets happy and thanks god that Neeti at least considered her while after some time they both go to the store room.

Meanwhile, Neeti starts coughing while entering the store room so Pari asks her to cover her face but Neeti ignores her.

After that, Pari asks her to forget all the grudges for two days as she wants to make Parminder’s birthday memorable.

Pari also says that Rajveer has gone out for work so he will not be available for two days so it's their responsibility to make her birthday special.

Neeti agrees and they start doing the work while she gets imbalanced when just then, Rajeev comes there and holds her so that she cannot fall.

Pari feels bad after seeing both of them so close but Neeti pushes Rajeev away from her and goes to her room.

Rajeev follows her and asks why is she behaving like this while on the other hand, Pari goes to her room and finds Babli there.

Pari feels dizzy so Babli asks her to go for a checkup but Pari denies it.

Meanwhile, Gurinder comes there and asks what happened while Babli informs her that Pari is not feeling well so Gurinder also advises her to go for a checkup.

Pari agrees to her so Babli takes her to the hospital while Gurinder and Chandrika discuss the preparation of the party and Gurinder asks her to give all the minute details.

Till then, Parminder comes there and asks about Pari while Gurinder tells her that she has been sent to the hospital along with Babli.

Meanwhile, Rajeev comes there and hears their conversation after which he murmurs that Pari never takes care of herself as she always keeps others before her.

On the other hand, Parminder sits with Chandrika and Gurinder and also says the same that Pari never takes care of herself.

After that, Rajeev goes from there while Gurinder asks him where is he going but he does not say anything and directly goes to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Shambhu tells Shilpa that for a few days, he has to go out of this city while she doubts him and asks if he has found another Shilpa.

Shambhu yells at her, telling her that Rajeev has doubts about him so he has to go away for a few days while Shilpa suggests he hide in Neeti’s house.

Further, she tells him that it is the safest place in the city for him to hide.

On the other hand, Pari goes inside the doctor’s cabin while Babli receives a call from Rajeev who asks her to send him their live location.

After that, Pari comes out and asks her to whom is she talking so Babli lies to her that she received a call from customer care.

In the meantime, Shilpa asks Shambhu to hide in the servant’s room of Rajeev’s house along with Raghu.

After that, he calls Neeti and asks if he can hide in her house or not.
