Today's Parineeti 18th October 2023 episode starts with Pari and Rajeev dancing together to an emotional song while Neeti gets jealous of seeing Rajeev close to Pari.

Meanwhile, Daljeet and Neeti also come to the dance floor and they exchange their partners with Pari and Rajeev.

In the meantime, Rajveer comes and tells everyone that Gurpreet has gained consciousness after which Pari gets emotional.

After that, Rajeev says that they should not waste time talking and they decide to go hospital so Pari, Parminder, and Chandrika go to see her.

Meanwhile, Bebe does drama in the house because she is having pain in the left side of her heart while Shambhu drives in a different car.

However, he gets stuck in traffic along with Rajeev’s car but Shambhu is unaware of this fact.

In the meantime, Gurinder takes care of Bebe while Bebe asks Gurinder to let her rest in the room alone while Gurinder asks how she is feeling.

Bebe says that she is feeling like having a heart attack making Gurinder and Daljeet get worried for her but Bebe tells them that she will get fine after having some rest.

On the other hand, Shambhu goes to the electricity department of the hospital and does something wrong with the fuse after which the power supply gets cut down in the whole hospital.

Meanwhile, Rajeev’s car does not work properly and stops on the road so Rajeev comes out of the car to check it.

Parminder, Pari, Neeti, and Chandrika also come out of the car.

Parminder asks him to book a cab for them so that they can reach on time but Rajeev says that he heard the doctor and nurse discussing that there was something which was triggering Gurpreet.

He also says that the trigger in her put pressure on her after which she came out of a coma while Shambhu and Shilpa prepare the wrong injection for Gurpreet so that she could become ill again.

In the meantime, Gurpreet asks the doctor about the power supply while the doctor calms her down saying that light will come soon.

Meanwhile, thunder takes place in the cloud and Pari starts to panic and says that she is feeling bad that something wrong is going to happen.

Parminder asks her what happened that is terrifying her so much while Neeti scolds her for being negative all the time.

Rajeev feels bad for Pari and asks Neeti to behave properly with Pari.

This makes Neeti angry so Rajeev goes behind Neeti and holds her hand after which she asks him if he loves her or not.

Rajeev tells her that he has eternal love for her.

Neeti asks him why he doesn’t understand her while Chandrika forces Pari to tell if she loves Rajeev or not so Pari tells her that she loves Rajeev.

In the meantime, Parminder comes to Rajeev and Neeti and advises Neeti to not talk ruthlessly with Pari in this condition as she is pregnant.
