Today's Parineeti 22nd August 2023 episode starts with Rajeev describing his new project to the Bajwa family.

Pari tells Rajeev that she is proud of him which makes Rajeev look at her with a beaming smile and this does not escape Neeti's eyes.

At the same time, Rajeev announces that except for Pari, no one praises him so Rajveer starts praising him when Mr. Mehra arrives there.

Mr. Mehra proudly informs everyone that Rajeev is the best employee of his company and the secret of his success to which Rajeev replies happily that in his home only Pari praises him.

Hearing this, Bebe jokingly suggests that Rajeev always sings Pari's name nowadays while Neeti grimly says that Rajeev never takes her name all the time.

Rajeev looks at Neeti uncomfortably after hearing this, explaining that it is not like this but Neeti just angrily looks away from him.

Looking at Neeti and Rajeev's faces, Mr. Mehra claims that it looks like Rajeev and Neeti are angry at each other now.

Meanwhile, Amit urges Rajeev and Neeti not to argue in front of everyone.

Mr. Mehra then takes the Bajwa family aside to show the construction side whereas Neeti takes Bebe to meet Shambhu whom she gives the order to kill Pari.

Neeti points a finger at Pari, introducing her to Shambhu, adding that she wants Pari dead at any cost and Shambhu urges Neeti to stay calm because he will kill Pari with a crane.

When Neeti and Bebe walk away from Shambhu, Neeti looks distressed as she recalls how Rajeev has suddenly started taking extra care of Pari which fuels her anger.

She yells that she cannot tolerate Pari now.

Meanwhile, Pari is roaming alone, thinking about how Neeti has started distancing herself from Pari and she orders Rajeev to stay away from her.

Rajeev, however, does not listen to Pari, instead, he announces that he has developed a need to take care of Pari and he cannot stop himself anymore.

Pari replies in an emotional voice that Neeti does not want them to talk to each other which they need to accept because Neeti usually does not get angry but if she does then she does the unthinkable yet Rajeev refuses to listen.

When Pari turns to leave, Rajeev grabs her hand but he lets her go as Mr. Mehra arrives there.

On the other hand, Chandrika is looking for Rajeev when she comes face-to-face with Shambhu who creeps her out yet she cannot figure out why she does not like this person.

In the meantime, Mr. Mehra tells Pari that if she needs any advice then he is always here for her which Pari accepts gladly.

Whereas, Neeti admits in front of Bebe that she is self-doubting herself as she has never wanted to kill someone so desperately.

Bebe replies that Neeti needs to remember that Pari is her "sauten" (another woman).

Later, Rajeev finds Shambhu near the crane who lies that he has come to work in another worker's place because the other worker is sick.
