Today's Parineeti 23rd March 2023 episode starts with Vikram, the goon, ordering Mr. Mehra to play a voice SMS on his phone.

Rajeev urges Mr. Mehra to click on it and as soon as Mr. Mehra clicks on the SMS, the room gets filled with a woman’s cry.

Vikram reveals that he has downloaded this clip from the internet but if Mehra does not give him the project, his family will be kidnapped just like this.

Mr. Mehra cuts the call yelling that he will not let this contract go at any cost and also orders Vikram to leave his family out of this rivalry.

Once the call gets cut, Mr. Mehra motivates Rajeev to not get scared of someone like Vikram when Rajeev advises Mr. Mehra to lose the project.

On the other hand, Pari arrives in Gurinder’s room to give her medicine as she sits on the bed with a weak smile.

Pari gives Gurinder her medicine when Chandrika walks in to ask Gurinder about her health but Gurinder behaves very rudely with Chandrika.

Gurinder rudely orders Chandrika to go to work which upsets Chandrika and she asks Gurinder why she does not like her.

As Chandrika walks away, Pari tries to make Gurinder understand that Chandrika cares for this family very much so Gurinder should give her a chance.

Gurinder angrily states that Chandrika is sweet because she is Bengali but she always wanted a Punjabi daughter-in-law.

She goes on to say that it is she who will decide which daughter-in-law will get how much love from her and asks Pari to not cross her limits and Pari walks away feeling upset.

Afterward, Bebe informs Neeti that Gurinder has put Pari in her place when Chandrika reveals that Pari took a stand for her in front of Gurinder so now, Gurinder is angry at Pari.

Neeti feels extremely happy after hearing this but Parminder suddenly announces that she has become the head of the Mahila Samiti due to Pari.

Without wasting any moments, Bebe starts filling Neeti's ears against Pari by pointing at Parminder who always prefers Pari over everyone.

Neeti suddenly stands up to clap for Pari to appreciate her for always taking care of this family in a sarcastic way.

Just then, Rajeev enters the hall to reveal Vikram's interest to lead the project that Rajeev's company is assigned to now.

Pari urges Rajeev to step away from this project whereas Neeti orders Rajeev to take the risk and as Rajeev takes Neeti's side, Neeti once again pulls Pari down by revealing that Pari is always a scaredy cat.

Later that night, Rajeev praises Neeti for always being fearless and admires her when Neeti tells him that she knows Rajeev likes Pari over her.

Rajeev goes on to say that he loves Neeti for being different since he is already similar to Pari who does not want to take risks but the mention of Pari's name upsets Neeti.

On the other hand, Pari enters the kitchen to find water as her stomach is hurting very badly when she meets Rajeev in the hall who takes care of her.

Rajeev, however, makes it very clear that he wishes he never came into Pari's life since he only loves Neeti and will never be able to give Pari what she wants.
