Today's Parineeti 7th October 2023 episode starts with Neeti regretting over her deeds while Rajeev comes there and recalls everything that happened in the past then he asks her whether she is fine or not.

She asks Rajeev if he knows why is she crying and tells him that she has made a few blunders which she shouldn’t have done.

Rajeev gets tensed and asks Neeti to stop crying while he suggests she improve her mistakes in the future.

He hugs her and says that he is going to bring water for her but she asks him to stay with her.

Meanwhile, Rajeev recalls Pari and says that she was right to send him to take care of Neeti.

After that, Neeti asks him what is he talking about while he makes his thoughts aloud, prompting Neeti to go to Pari.

On the other hand, Rajeev checks Neeti’s phone and Neeti scolds Pari for ruining her life, also mentioning that she is even doubting Rajeev's love for her.

Neeti warns Pari to stay out of her life while Pari says that she was normally explaining to Rajeev to take care of her.

However, Neeti suggests she be within her limits as she is her’s husbands co-wife, and after that Neeti goes from there.

Meanwhile, Pari and Neeti both cry over their fate and recall everything. 

Bebe comes there and notices Neeti crying loudly but Neeti asks her to leave her alone.

Later, she asks Bebe to come with her to the old factory as Shambhu has called her.

On the other hand, Rajeev also reads the messages on Neeti’s phone regarding her meeting with Shambhu in the old factory.

In the meantime, Pari goes into Bebe’s room to interrogate if she is involved in harming Gurpreet or not.

She secretly enters her room and finds a diary on the table so she picks it up for reading.

Suddenly wind comes from the window so she goes to close it but she is about to fall on the floor while Rajeev comes there and protects her.

Elsewhere, Neeti tells the things to Bebe that Pari told to her and that she is also having doubts about Rajeev that he has learned her truth.

Just after that, Rajeev takes Pari along with him to the hospital for Pari's checkup whereas Bebe gets a cardiac arrest.

Neeti cancels the meeting and texts Shambhu about it.

On the other hand, Rajeev also gets the notification and notices Neeti’s car so he wonders what is she doing there.

After reaching the hospital, the doctor advises Rajeev to take utmost care of Pari while Pari tells the doctor that she is tense these days due to Gurpreet's ill health.

Meanwhile, the doctor gives the prescription to Rajeev so he goes to the pharmacy to bring the prescribed medicines whereas the doctor tells Pari that Rajeev is a caring husband.
