Today's Pishachini 21st September 2022 episode starts with Rani mocking Pavithra and patting her head as if she's a little kid.

Further, Rani smiles as she tells Pavithra that Mandy already saw her with the dagger and had informed her earlier.

Rani reveals how she replace an innocent girl in her place and made the girl identical to her while telling her to inform everyone that she is Rani.

Pavithra feels her heart shattering as Rani tells her that she is responsible for the death of that innocent girl and laughs maniacally.

Pavithra rushes inside the house while Dadaji and Pratik ask Rani how will she marry Rocky if the girl dies in the hospital or if she stays alive and reveals the truth.

Rani tells them to keep their little brain to themselves and learn from her as she has experience of 200 years.

On the other hand, Pavithra calls the police and tells them that she has to make a report.

At the hospital, the doctor tells the Rajput family that the patient is in stable condition and that they can meet her one by one.

The family gets glad and tells Rocky that he can meet her first.

At the same time, Rani flies into the hospital room of the girl whom she had tricked and kills her while Rocky is on his way to the same room.

Rocky opens the door and sees Rani lying on the hospital bed while the girl's corpse is hidden under the bed.

Later, Pavithra is telling the police officers that she cannot explain everything but that she has stabbed someone innocent.

However, the Rajput family comes there just then and Rani also comes there telling the police that it is all a misunderstanding.

Rani lies that she slipped and got injured from the knife while Pavithra blames herself as she left the knife on the dance floor.

As the police leaves, Swapna tells Pavithra that she cannot forgive her and tells her to leave the Ful mansion before the sunrise.

The family leaves from there and Rocky is taking Rani to his room when the dark magic wears off and he gets started to hear Pavithra's cries.

Rocky lets go of Rani and walk over to Pavithra to wipe away her tears.

All the while, Rani sees them and gets jealous which leads her to act dramatic and make a strangling noise as if she's in pain.

Rocky goes to her and takes her to her room while Rani tells Rocky that everything is fine now that she's here.

Later, Amrita and Pratik come to Pavithra's room and mock her while Pavithra learns from their talks that something mysterious is going to happen after Dani gets married to Rocky which she has been dreaming for the past 200 years.

Rani gets them out of the house by using the picture of Lord Hanuman and prays to God asking for a clue.

Afterwards, Rocky knocks on Pavithra's door and she opens the door to see no one.

Just then, Rani hits Pavithra in the head with a shovel and laughs maniacally.
