Today's Radha Mohan 16th August 2022 episode starts with Kadambari telling Tulsi that she is going to open the protective thread while Tulsi tells her to hurry.

Just then, Kaveri holds her hand and asks her to not free Tulsi. 

However, Kadambari tells Kaveri all she cares for Gungun to get free and Tulsi can do it.

Meanwhile, Radha tells Gungun that her mother will not let anything happen to her. 

Just then the officer tells them to move away as the soil is going down and is falling on Gungun as well. 

Gungun also questions Radha if she is going to die.

As Kadambari goes to open the thread Damini stops her and re-ties the knot. 

Kadambari questions Damini for stopping her reminding her that Gungun's life is at stake. 

Elsewhere, Radha assures Gungun that everything will be alright and narrates a motivational story to distract her. 

Meanwhile, Damini tells Kadambari that Tulsi might kill Gungun and take her away. 

Tulsi tells Damini that a mother cannot hurt her child and requests Kadambari to open the thread. 

Kadambari believes Damini and leaves without opening the thread.

Tulsi is disheartened at not being able to save Gungun and prays to save Gungun and Mohan. 

Just then, the rain stops while Tulsi and Radha thank God while Mohan tells her to try and free her hand and touch Tulsi leaves. 

Gungun tries as Mohan says and succeeds in freeing her hands. 

Everyone claps for Gungun while the captain tells them that they will save the girl using the rope. 

Meanwhile, Media also reports the developments in the case. 

Radha opposes the method saying it might hurt her but Mohan explains to her that bringing Gungun out is more important. 

Media asks people to pray for Gungun so that she can safely come out. 

Hriday is getting worried about Gungun coming out and sees the live wire and water and decides to use it to kill Mohan, Radha and Gungun. 

Mohan sends the rope to Gungun and begins to pull him slowly upwards.

At the same time, Hriday is working on cutting the electric wire from the pole. 

Just then a live wire starts to hang in the middle and the rescue team asks the people to vacate the space while Mohan continues to pull Gungun up. 

Radha intervenes just in time and pushes Mohan away from the wire while Damini switches off the main switch to stop the current. 

Hriday gets angry to see Damini for interfering with his plans. 

Meanwhile, Gungun's hand starts to slip and Mohan speeds up his pulling.
