Today's Radha Mohan 18th May 2023 episode starts with Radha lying on the floor, motionlessly with blood flooding all around her head.

Meanwhile, Mohan is adamant about not listening to Kadambari and helping Radha to find out where she is.

Kadambari begs Mohan to give up his stubbornness and rescue Radha, who could possibly be in danger.

Tulsi yells at Mohan for his stubborn attitude and barges outside of the Trivedi Nivas to locate Radha and where she is.

In the meantime, Kadambari tries to politely tell Mohan that whatever premonition Gungun is getting is not false since she also feels that Radha is in extreme danger.

However, Kaveri whispers that Damini should have locked Kadambari with Radha, in the cold storage as she is being a hurdle for them.

Damini eagerly replies that she will make Kadambari, die in agony but first, she has to get rid of Radha.

Kadambari's seriousness stops Mohan from taking a harsh decision so he leaves thereby declaring that no one will go to look for Radha.

Just then, Tulsi starts getting hallucinations of the blood spots everywhere and she holds her Mangalsutra tightly.

Suddenly, Tulsi screams Radha's name as she sees Radha lying on the floor, covered in blood.

At the same time, a big flash of light blinds Tulsi, and when she opens her eyes, Tulsi gets shocked by seeing Radha in her world.

Unaware of Tulsi, Radha keeps walking toward eternity while Tulsi starts calling Radha's name to stop her.

She reminds her that she is her last hope to save her family from Damini.

Tulsi runs to Radha and holds her hand to stop her while Radha turns around and gets shocked by seeing that Tulsi's hand touched her and she can see Tulsi.

However, Radha gets shocked as Tulsi tells her that she is walking on a fine line between life and death while requesting Radha to return.

Tulsi gets helpless and burst into tears by saying that Radha can't die as it will break down Mohan so badly that he will never be able to forgive himself.

She keeps telling Radha that Mohan loves her so much and he can't afford to lose her.

Since Tulsi holds Radha's face in her hands, her hand gets stained with blood, and starts asking Radha where is she and if she is injured but Radha keeps looking at Tulsi confusingly.

Later, at Mohan's house, Kaveri and Damini celebrate their victory with alcohol, and Kaveri praises Damini for getting rid of Radha.

On asking, Kaveri tells Damini that she has stolen the liquor bottle from Trivedi Ji's room while saying that as he doesn't drink now, it would have got expired.

However, Damini makes Kaveri understand the liquor gets better with aging same as her for Mohan.

Damini excitedly explains her after-plan of sending Gungun to the hostel, Ketki to her in-law's house, and Kadambari to the mental hospital.

Kaveri gets cheerful and starts dancing while holding the glass on her head.

Elsewhere, Gungun stops Mohan from entering his room and apologizes to him for all the pranks she has done to him.

Gungun cryingly tells him that this time she is not pranking him and just then, Ajit, Ketki, and Kadambari also arrive.

As Kadambari says that Radha is in real danger, Mohan reminds her about the CCTV footage while asking if Radha was in danger, then why she called him and Gungun only not the other family members.

Mohan get sure that Radha called him and Gungun only to annoy them and nothing else.

On the other hand, Radha tries to relax Tulsi and asks Tulsi about the mystery of her death by muttering that she may never get this opportunity ever again.
