Today's Radha Mohan 31st October 2023 episode starts with Radha showing Mohan the video of the Sunset Dolphin Cruise and telling him that they will visit it the next time they are in Mauritius.

Mohan shows that her wish has come true and then points in the direction of the ocean where some dolphins are swimming.

The couple enjoys the view for a little while, making a wish while looking at the beautiful view.

KK observes the two of them from a distance and says to himself that he will win over Radha as he always gets what he wants and it was his conspiracy that he let Radha win the competition so that he can spend more time with her.

Back at the hospital, Kadambari calls Radha and Mohan and tells them about Gungun’s condition and then breaks into tears.

She begs them to return as soon as possible when everyone tries to console Kadambari.

A few hours later, Ajeet appears with the newspaper in which the picture of Radha and Mohan is published and says that they succeeded in achieving the goal they set their aim to.

This leads to a ray of hope emerging in Kadambari’s eyes.

Further, Radha and Mohan enter and rush towards the operation theatre while Radha asks Kadambari with tears in her eyes if Gungun is okay or not.

However, everyone remains silent which makes Radha very anxious.

Mohan asks the doctor to tell him about Gungun’s situation but he doesn’t give a satisfactory answer and rushes toward the OT.

Gungun’s condition is worsening with every passing minute which makes Tulsi cry while she’s continuously praying.

Ketki keeps asking Kadambari to hold herself together for Gungun’s sake but Mohan interrupts and says that if something happens to Gungun then all of this will be for nothing.

Radha yells at Mohan that nothing will happen to Gungun at any cost.

Meanwhile, a goon tells an unknown man that Radha and Mohan will be the next targets for achieving their goals.

Elsewhere, the doctor comes out of the OT and says that Gungun’s health is not good at all as she is fighting for her life because of the huge blood loss.

The doctor says that there are high chances of her not surviving which infuriates Radha and she holds the doctor by his collar, threatening him to save her daughter.

Everyone rushes toward Radha to release her hold but she remains adamant about not letting him go and says that he has to help her save Gungun because that is his responsibility.

Mohan apologizes to the doctor but the doctor says that he understands Radha’s condition but he did try his best and there is very little chance of her surviving.

The doctor adds that he needs a blood donor for Gungun to which Ketki replies that she has the same blood group as Gungun which is A positive.

The doctor says that the subtype of her blood is different which is RO and there is non-availability in the blood bank.

Radha asks the doctor to take her blood since she is Gungun’s mother to which the doctor replies that normally only a biological mother can have the same match.

The doctor states that only a miracle can save Gungun’s life to which Radha replies that miracles happen only where there’s a belief.

She adds that she knows in her heart that she can save Gungun while Tulsi requests Mohan to check Radha’s blood so he does that.

The doctor agrees to Radha which brings a little hope to everyone.
