Today's Shark Tank India 2 20th January 2023 episode starts with the first brand to come on the stage is Dobies which manufactures candies and sweets for children.

Dobiee Candy Brand

The father and son duo founders, named Arjun Dharamshi & Mukesh Dharamshi.

Their monthly revenue is 32 lakhs and the MRP of the Dobiee products begins at 100 Rupees.

The Doobie brand asks for 72 lakhs at 2% equity, however, Namita Thapar backs out due to the declining market.

Amit Jain offers the first deal at 40 lakhs for 5% equity and 32 lakhs in debt @11% interest rate for a valuation of 18 crores.

Anupam Mittal offers 72 lakhs for 11% equity at a valuation of 6.55 crores.

Mukesh and Arjun make a counteroffer of 72 lakhs at 5% equity with a valuation of 14.4 crores.

Anupam makes a counter offer of 72 lakhs at 9℅ with a valuation of 8 crores.

Amit Jain makes a counter offer of 72 lakhs at 7% equity for a valuation of 10.29 crores.

However, Dobiee founders want them both to come together.

Amit & Anupam collectively offer a deal of 72 lakhs at 10% equity for a valuation of 7.2 crores.

However, at this too, Dobiee makes a counteroffer of 72 lakhs for 6% equity at a valuation of 12 crores.

The deal gets closed at Amit and Anupam's counter offer of 72 lakhs for 16.5% equity at an 11.8 crore valuation.

Fastbeetle On Shark Tank India 2

The second brand to come on the stage is Fastbeetle, founded by Sheikh Samiullah and Abid Rashid from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.

They demand 90 lakhs for 3% equity at a valuation of 30 crores. Since Jammu & Kashmir is a place where there are a lot of disturbances and curfews, it is hard to run an E-commerce business to deliver products and that is why they started Fastbeetle.

Their last month's revenue was 25-30 lakhs.

However, Namita Thapar feels that since the business is not scalable, she backs out.

Aman Gupta gives them 20 lakhs for 4% equity and 70 lakhs in debt @8% interest for a valuation of 5 crores.

Anupam Mittal steps up and offers 90 lakhs for 9% equity for a 10 crore valuation.

Aman revises his offer and matches Anupam's.

Peyush gives them a solo offer but Aman joins him and they collectively give 90 lakhs for 9% equity for a 10 crore valuation.

Fast Beetle team makes a counter offer of 90 lakhs for 8% equity with an 11.25 crore valuation.

Peyush and Aman make a counteroffer of 90 lakhs for 7% equity at 12.86 crores.

The founders again make a counter offer of 90 lakhs at 7.5% equity and the deal closes with 90 lakhs for 7.5% equity for a 12 crore valuation, won by Aman Gupta and Peyush Bansal.

PFlow Urine Test

The last brand of the day to come on the stage is P-Flow which throws the Sharks into hilarious laughter when the co-founder, Preeti, asks Peyush Bansal when was the last time he peed.

Their product costs about 1000 rupees for 3 test kits as P-Flow manufactures a test to peruse urine-related diseases as they sell it as a portable and disposable kit.

Their ask is for 60 lakhs for 1% equity for 60 crores and Amit Jain & Namita Thapar gets the deal after a lot of negotiation of 60 lakhs for 6% equity for 10 crore rupees.
