Today's Teri Meri Dooriyaan 21st June 2023 episode starts with Japjyot asking Angad when he will take Sahiba for regular checkups since it is very important during pregnancy.

Hearing this, Angad sternly replies that he will discuss this later, and Japjyot nods her head.

At the same time, Sahiba’s phone beeps with a notification so she excuses herself from the living room.

Once Sahiba finds a secluded place, she urges Kiara not to tell Yatin that she is also coming to meet Yatin as Yatin does not know her.

Later, Kiara gives Yatin a coffee mug as a gift which has written best Dad on it but Yatin does not seem to be happy after reading this.

He looks at Kiara with wide eyes as Kiara explains that she is ready to be a mother and that she knows Yatin will be an amazing dad.

However Sahiba appears near their table just then and informs Yatin that if a mom wants to abort the baby or not, it is completely the mom’s choice.

Yatin’s anger raises after seeing a third person commenting on his personal matter and as he orders Sahiba to back off, Kiara reveals that Sahiba is her sister-in-law.

This makes Yatin even more frustrated as he has specifically told Kiara not to tell anyone about their relationship while Kiara tells him that Sahiba is the only one who supports her right now.

Sahiba speaks up, stating that for now she has written her name on Kiara’s pregnancy report but in a few months, Kiara’s baby bump will start showing hence Yatin needs to marry Kiara very quickly.

Yatin once again refuses to marry Kiara, claiming that Kiara will not be able to forget her dream for her baby to which Sahiba replies that Kiara can easily achieve her dreams after being a mother if Yatin supports her.

He finally admits that he is not ready yet for the marriage but Sahiba sternly orders him to marry Kiara as soon as possible since Kiara is pregnant.

Hearing this, the color drains from Yatin’s face and Sahiba walks away to pick up Santosh’s call.

Even Kiara also stands up to go to the washroom and using this opportunity, Yatin sneaks out of the cafe without telling Kiara.

Meanwhile, Santosh excitedly asks Sahiba on the call about what kind of gift she wants as she wants to thank Sahiba for giving so much happiness.

Sahiba quickly cuts the call after urging Santosh not to worry.

She then looks up to find Yatin walking away so she questions Yatin why he is leaving so early but Yatin excuses himself, claiming that he has already told her his decision.

When she arrives outside, she notices Yatin arranging some soft toys in his car & orders the auto driver to follow Yatin’s car.

On the other hand, Veer calls Keerat to discuss the gloomy weather of the house since both Sahiba and Angad are not looking happy about the baby.

He happily says that if he was becoming a father then he would tell everyone about it while Keerat orders him to find a girl first.

In response, Veer softly replies that he is talking to that special girl only yet Keerat cuts the call without understanding this.

However, Sahiba finally arrives at Yatin’s home and she finds out that Yatin already has a family so she calls Kiara to meet her in a different location.

Afterward, Kiara’s jaw drops as she realizes that Yatin is already married and has a daughter which is why he does not want to marry her.

Whereas Angad is thinking about Manveer’s words about Sahiba’s cheating when he gets a call from the builder who informs him that the shop is almost prepared already.

He cuts the call, thinking that he was going to surprise Sahiba yet Sahiba has managed to surprise him.
