Today's Teri Meri Dooriyaan 5th June 2023 episode starts with Akaal telling Sahiba that he has a solution to save her self-respect by proposing a solution.

Akaal tells Sahiba that he will replace all the artwork in the Brar house with Sahiba’s artwork and give her 20 lakh rupees to showcase her talent.

Japjyot tells Sahiba to accept the offer wholeheartedly and take the respect given to Daarji sincerely.

However, Sahiba tells everyone that the discussion is still stuck as Daarji is limiting her talent within the boundaries of Brar Mansion.

A furious Daarji tells Sahiba that everyone has to follow the rules and regulations of the Brar family.

Further, Sahiba shocks everyone by saying that if her stay in the Brar Mansion requires her to lose her self-respect, then she would prefer to leave the house.

Sahiba walks out of the house and Angad follows her but Akaal stops him and takes him to his room.

Jasleen and Hansraj mock Angad- Sahiba’s relationship whereas Manveer defends Daarji.

In the room, Angad apologises to Daarji for Sahiba’s misbehaviour and tells him that he and Sahiba are opposite in everything.

Daarji tells Angad that he understands Sahiba’s point of view understanding her background.

He tells Angad that divorces are not the culture of the Brar family and asks Angad to pacify Sahiba anyhow.

In the meantime, Sahiba packs her stuff while Seerat tries to make her understand the situation.

Sahiba furiously tells Seerat that despite helping her she is siding with the Brar family.

Seerat tells Sahiba that she got married in the family after much effort and she will not put her marriage at stake.

Sahiba tells Seerat that she is not understanding her views and walks out of the room in a jiffy.

Just then, Angad walks into Seerat’s room who tells Angad that Sahiba walked out of the room without hearing her out.

Seerat appreciates Angad’s gesture toward her family and calls Sahiba insane.

Angad tells Seerat that he only wants that Sahiba should understand his views.

Seerat says that she understands him and blames herself for putting him and Sahiba in this situation as she eloped from the wedding.

Further, Seerat promises Angad that she will always stand by his side while Manveer eavesdrop on their conversation and gets doubtful.

Angad sees Manveer at the doorstep and questions Seerat’s presence in Angad’s room.

Manveer tells Seerat to not barge into anyone’s room anytime and Seerat tries making Manveer understand that she came to talk to Sahiba but couldn’t.

Further, Manveer tells Seerat to not do anything on Sahiba’s behalf and tells her to talk to Sahiba anywhere in the Brar Mansion but in Angad’s room.

Seerat apologises to Manveer and walks out of the room.

Angad defends Seerat but Manveer mocks Angad for taking Seerat’s side and asks him to maintain his distance from Seerat.

Meanwhile, Sahiba is lost thinking about Daarji’s proposal and tears roll down her face.

Just then, Kulcha gets her a glass of water and asks her the reason for her stress.

Sahiba breaks down seeing Ajeet in the shop and he comforts Sahiba and asks her to wipe her tears.

She confides in Ajeet as she questions society's perspective in caging the girl on her every step.
