Teri Meri Doriyaan 5th May 2023 Written Update

Today's Teri Meri Dooriyaan 5th May 2023 episode starts with  Gurleen asking Daarji and Babe the reason for their smiling faces.

However, Japjyot announces Garry’s roka with Shanaya to be held tomorrow and Jasleen applauds their decision as she beams with happiness.

In the meantime, Garry comes along with Shanaya and is shocked to find everyone sitting together.

Further, Daarji tells Angad and Sahiba to make arrangements for Garry's roka ceremony.

Jasleen embraces Garry and Shanaya and wishes them the best as her happiness knows no bounds.

She tells everyone that she feels like one of her dreams is getting fulfilled and announces that she will get her Garry married with full pomp and show.

Garry and Shanaya seek blessings from the elder of the Brar family while Veer extends his heartfelt welcome to Shanaya.

Santosh locks Seerat in a room!

In the Monga house, Santosh locks an annoying Seerat inside the room and is relieved that no one has seen her with Garry.

But to her surprise, Seerat tells her that Angad and Sahiba have seen her with Garry on the Baisakhi day.

She beats Seerat through the window pane and bashes her for ruining Sahiba’s relationship with Angad.

An irked Santosh tells Seerat that she will solve the problem for once and all after getting her married soon.

Meanwhile, the preparations for the Roka ceremony are going on in the Brar Mansion.

Jasleen shows her the exquisite saree from the new collection and takes the opportunity to add to Manveer’s pain by emphasizing Garry’s wedding with Shanaya who is the daughter of the Industrialist.

Jasleen intentionally rubs it off on Manveer’s face to embarrass her about Angad’s wedding.

Gurleen takes a saree from the collection and shows it to Manveer to ice up the situation.

Further, Japjyot calls Sahiba to choose something for herself for the Roka ceremony.

Sahiba tells Japjyot that she does not need anything new but Japjyot selects an attire for Sahiba.

However, Jasleen interrupts Japjyot and tells Sahiba to not get involved in Garry’s roka as Pamela and Shanaya already assumed her to be the house help.

Japjyot tells Jasleen to not ruin the celebrations and spell the toxicity bottled up inside her.

Gurleen asks Jasleen and Japjyot to calm down and focus on the shopping.

Back in the Monga house, Santosh tells Monty’s mother to do the wedding rituals as soon as possible.

In the meantime, Monty’s mother receives a picture of Seerat with Garry and calls out Santosh for marrying her spoilt Seerat to their innocent Monty.

However, Santosh tries to cover up Seerat’s mistakes but Monty’s mother is adamant to leave.

She regrets bringing up Seerat to the world while Seerat gets a knife to Santosh to finish the chapter for the last time.

On the other hand, Jasleen tells Sahiba that she has ruined the family’s reputation as she and Shanaya can't be compared together.

She tells Sahiba that everyone has always praised Angad as more sensible and worthy and never expected anything from Garry.

Gurleen tells Jasleen to not spoil the celebrations as this is not the time to discuss these issues now.

However, Sahiba asks the designers to step out for a while as the respect and dignity Daarji and Babe have gained over the years for the Brar family should not be put at stake.

Japjyot reprimands Jasleen for insulting Sahiba now and then.

Garry more deserving than Angad?

Jasleen is unstoppable with her words and tells them that Daarji should hand over the Brar Business to Garry and not Angad as he is more deserving while Angad overhears her as he walks into the hall.

Sahiba asks Jasleen if getting married to a girl from a big business family then she must not forget that Angad has received several such prospects.

Irked by Sahiba, Jasleen tells her that she should watch her tone and bashes her for calling Garry greedy.

She reprimands Sahiba for her financial status and yells at her to keep quiet.
