Today's Teri Meri Dooriyan 23rd September 2023 episode starts with the professor telling Ajeet and others about Sahiba stating that she will be a great artist. 

From a corner, Romi watches a smiling Sahiba and imagines himself alone with her.

However, his reverie is broken by the professor who asks him to click a picture of Sahiba and her family.

Obeying the professor, Romi goes forward and clicks a picture of Sahiba and the Monga's.

Amidst all this, Sahiba notices Neha getting dizzy and goes to attend to her.

By then, all the students had come to Neha along with the professor taking her out.

On the other hand, Kareem asks Angad if he has liked any painting to which Angad says that he hasn't. 

She then leads him inside while Seerat realises that Kareem is bringing him inside the student painting quarters.

Inside, Mr. Kalra admires Sahiba's painting which is noticed by Romi. 

Romi influences Mr. Kalra to buy the painting stating that it'll be of great value to the artist(Sahiba).

On the other hand, Angad comes to Sahiba's painting after seeing all the other paintings and feels a connection. 

From behind, Mr. Kalra tells Kareem that he wants to buy Sahiba's painting leading Kareem to inform him about Angad too.

Angad and Mr Kalra then greet each other and aim to start the bidding.

However, before the bidding, Angad asks for the artist to come up but cannot see her.

Kareem tells the bidders that the base price of the painting is Rs 2 lakhs when Mr Kalra decides to give Rs 3 lakhs.

Angad goes for 4 lakhs, making Mr. Kalra go for 5 lakhs during which Seerat asks Angad to let go of the painting.

Amidst all this, Romi watching the bidders, prays for Angad to not gain Sahiba's painting.

Later, Angad gives a cheque to Kareem adding that she can add Rs 1 lakh more to whatever amount Mr. Kalra puts in.

Mr Kalra gives up while Angad, Seerat and Kareem go inside to fulfil some formalities. 

In the meantime, Sahiba enters and is greeted by the professor who states that her painting is sold.

This makes Sahiba and the Mongas very happy during which Kareem comes in.

Kareem informs Sahiba that Angad was the one who bought the painting leading Sahiba to walk away angrily to meet Angad. 

Meanwhile, Seerat tells Angad that buying the painting without knowing the artist is senseless. 

However, Angad states that art is more important during which Sahiba utters out that Angad's ego is more important.

Angad turns back and sees Sahiba who scolds him for buying her painting just to show off.

He tells Sahiba that he didn't know that the painting is hers but Sahiba walks away.

Angad attempts to follow her during which Seerat pleads Angad not to go but Angad doesn't listen to her.

Inside, Angad calls Sahiba but she walks away leading him to pull in Sahiba but she flinches away.

Sahiba accuses Angad of buying the painting to show how great a husband he is to hers.

Angad tells Sahiba that he's sorry to like her painting, adding that she can put an amount so that he can pay up for his mistakes.

From a corner, Romi says that Angad's mistakes can only be rectified by his death.

Angad further states that the money might help Sahiba in her daily life but Sahiba tells Angad not to care for her.
