Today's Teri Meri Dooriyan 30th October 2023 episode starts with Romi pulling off the gun's trigger to kill Sahiba but Angad pushes Sahiba off, as a result of which the bullet pierces Angad's chest, not Sahiba's. 

Instantly, Sahiba worriedly attends to Angad while Romi, who has gotten completely mad, hallucinates Sahiba from heaven asking him to come over.

With the hallucinations over his head, Romi takes the gun to kill himself by aiming it at his head and seeing this as a chance, Ahuja and the team catch Romi.

Disregarding Romi's eccentricity, Sahiba screams out for Angad to be taken to the hospital when Ahuja comes in and un-arrests Angad.

Amidst this, a happy Romi thinking that he's dead too is led away while Angad is led away to the jeep.

The next morning, Sahiba keeps Angad on her shoulders, asking him to be awake while Ahuja keeps driving towards the City Hospital.

During the drive, Sahiba borrows Ahuja's phone leading her to call the Brar's who on the other side, are being urged by Seerat to have tea since they didn't eat anything. 

Just then, a video call comes in featuring Angad in it which makes Manbeer and others ask if he has surrendered. 

However, Angad makes them meet Sahiba thus shocking them while Seerat is surprised at Sahiba's being alive.

The Brars get happy while Sahiba informs the family about Angad getting shot and urges them to come to the hospital fast.

After a while, Sahiba calls up the Mongar who are happy to see her alive, adding that Angad's statement regarding her was true. 

Keerat insists on meeting Sahiba who tells her and others to come to the hospital since Angad is hurt.

After the call, Sahiba hands over Ahuja's phone when Angad states that previously when she went missing, he wanted to clear out the misunderstanding caused by Manbeer. 

A concerned Sahiba asks Angad to tell him everything after the treatment, but Angad goes on stating that Manbeer's decision regarding him marrying Seerat was taken without his consultation.

Meanwhile, Angad faints which leads Sahiba to ask Ahuja to drive fast when Ahuja tells her that they've reached the hospital premises.

Soon, a bloodied Angad is led onto the stretcher so that he can be rushed to the operation theatre by the doctors during which Sahiba's bullet-stricken foot comes to notice.

Ahuja gets concerned by Sahiba's wound during which the nurse asks if Sahiba isn't in pain since the wound is so deep, when Sahiba states that Angad's pain is greater.

Meanwhile, Romi visualises himself with Sahiba while doctors attend to him, asking the officers to help him out so that they can attend to Romi.

Amidst this, Balvinder informs Ahuja over a call about Romi's eccentricity leading Ahuja to ask Balvinder to research his family. 

On the other hand, Romi breaks free from the doctors and officers and runs out, thinking that Sahiba is walking further away from him with the doctors following him.

During this, Yashraj comes in and stands surprised as Romi blurts out Sahiba's name continuously, wondering who's she while the doctors catch hold of Romi and get him inside the ward.

At another corner, Manbeer and family come in, asking for Angad's whereabouts when Inder spots Ahuja while Sahiba sits with her wounded foot bandaged.

Inder walks up to Ahuja and charges him for shooting Angad further, stating that he'll dethrone him off his uniform when Sahiba states that Romi shot Angad not Ahuja.

Seeing Sahiba, Manbeer gets fired up while Inder, Jabjot and Akaal emotionally get happy to see that she's alive.
