Today's Teri Meri Dooriyan 5th September 2023 episode starts with Sahiba and Angad deep down in sorrow as the preparations for the Brar family ceremony proceed. 

Angad gets helpless 

Inside, Angad drinks wine and gets flashbacks of Sahiba telling him that she doubts him.

Outside, Sahiba deep within Angad's flashbacks, gets near a swimming pool and unprotestingly falls.

Meanwhile, Angad hearing a splash comes out and sees Sahiba in the pool.

He instantly jumps into the pool, thus saving Sahiba and asks if she is trying to die.

Sahiba tells Angad that how she stays alive or dead matters to him and walks away while Angad gets helpless.

The next morning, Sahiba and Angad both sneeze continuously and Simran terms them weird.

Angad tells Sahiba that he'll drop her to college but Sahiba denies his advances.

Simran mentions that Angad had 25 sneezes and Sahiba 21, thus declaring Angad to be the winner. 

Sahiba agrees with Simran stating that it's true Angad won and walks away.

Downstairs, preparations proceed for Sahiba's ceremonial party while from the other side, Seerat makes Manbeer taste her dips.

Jabjot's advice

Manbeer applauds her cooking skills following which she notices Sahiba and Angad walking separately.

Jabjot asks Sahiba if she's going to college even though there's a party to which Sahiba agrees.

Sahiba mentions that she'll be back in time and Jabjot asks Angad to bring her home in time.

Angad agrees while from the other side, Inder suggests the couple eat something but both of them deny it.

Jabjot asks if everything is fine making Sahiba ask her what's considered important in a relationship.

Hearing this, Jabjot tells Sahiba that trust is the most important thing in a relationship.

Sahiba asks her if it's the wife who should follow this making Jabjot tell her that it's the responsibility of both partners.

She further asks Sahiba and Angad if something has happened but both of them remain silent.

Gurleen asks the same while Veera assumes that Angad's mischief has gotten Sahiba angry.

Gurleen mentions that all couples have little fights among themselves but one must forget it.

Jabjot adds on that if the situation gets out of hand, they should consult the family.

She asks Angad about what has happened after which Angad opens up that Sahiba and he has made a misunderstanding. 

Jabjot tells Angad to solve the misunderstanding because she wants to see both of them happy.

She advises them to have medicines for cold while Sahiba tells Jabjot that the problems have steamed up from trust.

A cold war

Angad reminds Sahiba that Jabjot has asked them to solve things but Sahiba leaves the premises followed by Angad while Seerat smirks.

On the streets, Sahiba searches for an auto but doesn't find one.

Angad drives in and tells Sahiba to hop on since the autowalas are on strike.

A reluctant Sahiba hops on, during which she thinks that Angad didn't even try to talk to her.

Angad thinks that will he even talk with Sahiba since she doesn't trust him.

Later, Sahiba tells Angad that she'll walk on but Angad mentions that he'll drop her inside. 

Sahiba denies after which Angad asks if she wants to go somewhere else.

Sahiba tells him that she's not like him and eventually gets out of the car.

Veera advices Angad

At college, Sahiba during art class checks if Angad has a message but sees that there's none.

She picks up her phone to see if Angad has messaged her but gets saddened when she sees nothing.

At the office, a lost Angad checks his phone during which Veera calls out for Sahiba making Angad aware.

He coaxes Angad to open up making Angad confess that he hid something from Sahiba for her good but Sahiba has misunderstood him.

Veera asks him if he tried to talk to Sahiba to which Angad replies that Sahiba stays unconvinced.

He tells Angad to apologize to Sahiba while at college, and Sahiba puts on earphones. 

Music plays on and Sahiba paints on but in between, gets saddened about Angad.
