So far in the story, Jasmine flees to Canada after arranging a baby with the doctor and the Nurse's help.

Meanwhile, the Virk family welcomes their baby girl with sheer happiness and names her Nehmat.

Later, Jasmine gets tortured by Yash and his mother and gets to know about Yash’s revenge on her for his elder brother Manish's death.

However, Jasmine tries to run from Yash's house and even tries to kill him with a knife but her plans get flopped every time as Yash’s smartness surpasses Jasmine.

Meanwhile, Tejo tells Fateh about Amrik not being the biological father of Nehmat and reveals the truth about Jasmine’s fake pregnancy.

However, Tejo and Fateh try to find Nehmat’s birth parents while trying to refrain the family members from getting attached to Nehmat but fail to do so.

In Canada, Jasmine gets tortured by Yash’s mother and gets pregnant after falling prey to Yash's deceitful plans.

Meanwhile, Tejo goes to the hospital to find out the truth about Nehmat birth’s parents but Tejo gets threatened by the doctor and Nurse to call the police in accusation of kidnapping Nehmat.

After many pleadings, Tejo gets to know that Nehmat’s mother is dead while his father Harvinder Singh is a murderer who is locked in jail for life imprisonment.

Meanwhile, Tejo and Fateh decide to bury the truth about Nehmat’s biological dad and accept Nehmat as their real daughter.

A leap of 6 years takes place in which Nehmat has grown into a rebellious and tomboy-natured girl.

The whole Virk family loves Nehmat while she’s a daddy girl and replicates all the habits of Fateh.

Meanwhile, Jasmine gets saved by an NGO in Canada and comes to India.

At the same time, Tejo and Fateh are celebrating Nehmat’s 6th birthday with a grand celebration.

However, Nehmat wishes for a sister as a birthday gift.

Meanwhile, Rupi reaches the NGO after getting to know that Jasmine and a child are there.
