Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 10th November 2023 episode starts with Romila telling Mahima about Kaashvi's pregnancy, making Mahima shocked who then asks Romila how she knew about this. 

She tells her that she saw Kashvi coming out of Dr. Payal's cabin in the city hospital, adding that Kaashvi is 9 months pregnant.

Mahima then, calls up Dr. Payal and confirms that Kashvi is pregnant, thus leading her to scold Payal for giving Kashvi's sonography report to her, while Payal asks her to calm down.

Mahima tells her to inform her when Kashvi comes for delivery and disconnects the call, further pledging to handle Kashvi and her child before Arjun gets to know about Kashvi's pregnancy. 

She tells Romila that she needs her help, making Romila agree to her request.

In the hospital, Payal tells Kashvi that it's delivery time and tells the Nurse to arrange everything, further asking Dadi to wait outside the ward.

Payal calls Mahima and tells her that Kashvi's delivery will happen today, adding that they have to execute their plan that day. 

Mahima tells her that she will reach the hospital and disconnects the call, after which she pretends like she is in pain and calls Arjun.

Later, Arjun admits to Mahima in the hospital when Payal tells Arjun about the impossibility of a normal delivery, adding that a C-Section, has to be done. 

Dr. Payal asks Arjun to wait outside, while inside, Mahima asks Payal if she knows what she should do, making Payal nod at her.

In the meantime, Kashvi gives birth to a baby and gets emotional hearing her baby's crying during which Payal injects Kashvi, making her lose consciousness.

Payal suggests the Nurse take Kashvi to the room and take the baby from there, after which she gives the baby to Mahima, who then tells Romila that her plan worked.

Mahima recalls how she told Romila that she would exchange Kashvi's baby with a dead baby, thus taking Kashvi's baby while Romila tells her that this is wrong.

However, Mahima states that she is in her 9th month and thus, needs a baby to continue her drama so it will be good if she gives Arjun's baby to him.

Mahima adds that she will give Romila more money and will let her stay in the Bajwa House when Romila accepts Mahima's offer.

After this, Mahima tells Romila that Kashvi's baby belongs to her, during which Romila praises her.

On the other hand, Payal tells Kaashvi that her baby could not survive, making Kaashvi state that it's not possible because she heard her baby's crying noise.

Hearing this, Payal states that her baby lived for half an hour only and leaves there, making Kaashvi cry while Dadi consoles her. 

On the other side, Arjun gets emotional seeing the baby, unbeknownst to his and Kashvi's baby. 

5 years later, Kashvi reaches the hospital for delivery pain, when the nurse asks her to call her husband. 

At Bajwa Mansion, Arjun asks Mahima why she bought so many things when Mahima states that they should upgrade their house leading Arjun to ask Mahima to think before spending money.

In the hospital, Kashvi follows the Nurse and learns that the nurse is going to sell the baby when the nurse gets shocked seeing Kaashvi, who points a gun towards the nurse. 

Kashvi introduces herself as a civil officer and comes to the hospital to expose the baby smuggling when someone else points a gun towards Kaashvi.
