Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 10th September 2023 episode starts with Nitya taunting Kashvi to leave the house as she has already applied for divorce so she asks her to officially leave the house.

Kashvi says that she will do it soon but now she is going for urgent work and she leaves while Dadi wonders why Kashvi is behaving like this.

Further, Mahima feels happy and daydreams about getting close to Arjun when Romila also says bad things about Kashvi.

After that, they leave for court and Pradyuman also comes there when he goes to meet Kashvi and tries to make her feel bad that her husband is the culprit.

He also questions her about getting a divorce instead of supporting her husband while Kashvi tells him that she does not support wrong things and that if Arjun is innocent he will step back from the case.

Kashvi goes from there and Pradyuman murmurs that now his revenge will be completed and he will easily take over the biogas plant also.

After some time, the Judge also comes and the hearing begins with lawyers having a debate on Arjun's case.

Meanwhile, another lawyer comes in between and requests the Judge to allow him to present evidence in favour of Arjun.

The judge gives him permission and he tells how fake signatures were taken of Arjun as at that time he was with his family and on his behalf somebody else signed.

Arjun gets worried and refuses whatever the lawyer is saying when the lawyer asks Ramesh Jaiswal the old owner of RJ Healthcare to come and tell the truth.

Mr Jaiswal says that Arjun signed on paper after five days when the Police got to know the truth when the lawyer adds that it meant Mr Jaiswal was the real culprit.

However, Mr Jaiswal says that even he is not the culprit as when he got the papers back, it was approved by collector Mrs. Kashvi Bajwa's sign.

Arjun gets worried and says that it is not true but the lawyer asks Kashvi to come in front of the judge and Kashvi comes, saying that Arjun did this to protect her from getting behind bars.

Everyone gets shocked to hear this and Kashvi also accepts that she made fake divorce drama to know the truth and adds that she went to Arjun's lawyer's office.

She says that his lawyer told her everything that he signed papers on 20 August not on 15 August, asking the Judge to give a clean chit to Arjun.

On the other hand, Mahima taunts Dadi that her Kashvi is more greedy than her but Dadi ignores her.

Meanwhile, Kashvi also tells how she manipulated the lawyer and did the fake drama of getting divorced with Arjun so that she could see the file.

She adds that she went to meet RJ's healthcare owner and asked to check the original paper but he refused to give it.

Kashvi says that she got angry and warned him to tell the truth otherwise she would take legal action against him.

She reveals that after that he got terrified and gave her the file then checked it and connected all the dots to reach the truth.

She mentions that she asked Mr Jaiswal to come to jail to prove Arjun's innocence and requests the court to leave him.
