Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 11th November 2023 episode starts with the Doctor putting Kashvi at gunpoint and giving her a threat that they will not let Kashvi ruin their business.

Elsewhere, Arjun goes to a jeweller to sell his mother’s jewellery to get some money to pay his child’s fees.

Meanwhile, Jeweller suggests he not sell the jewellery as it’s his mother’s last memory.

Just then, Mahima calls Arjun, telling him that Karun is giving a threat to her that he will jump from the third floor and she cuts the call.

Arjun gets worried and directly rushes to see his son, asking the Jeweller to deposit the money in his account.

Meanwhile, the Doctor terrifies Kashvi that she will kill her but Kashvi does not listen to her nonsensical threat and slaps the doctor.

Kashvi gets involved in a fight with the doctor and beats them ruthlessly when she holds the baby in her hand and finds a way to escape from the hospital.

Meanwhile, goons come there and Kashvi fights with them while the real mother of that child comes there, thanking Kashvi for saving his child.

However, the nurse threatens Kashvi by showing the gun to her and says that if she wants to be alive, she should hand over the child to her.

Kashvi asks that lady to give the child to them but the nurse forcefully takes the child as they are about to leave Kashvi brings the fire extinguisher and sprays it on the face of the doctor.

She takes the child from her hand and the police come there, taking the goons to jail while the lady again thanks Kashvi for saving her child.

Further, Kashvi comes out of the hospital while Arjun reaches home searching for Karun and Mahima while he finds that Karun is sitting on the top of Almirah.

Arjun asks him what happened to him when Karun says that he wants the latest smartphone but Arjun says that this demand is not good.

Meanwhile, Mahima also forces Arjun to bring the latest phone for him as he feels embarrassed in front of his friends.

She recalls how she manipulated Karun to ask Arjun to bring the latest phone for him as it would be beneficial for her needs.

Mahima also recalls how she sent Karun to the top of the Almirah, giving a wicked smile after thinking that Karun would finally succeed in asking Arjun to bring the phone for him.

Further, Karun jumps from the almirah while Arjun saves him but Karun runs from the room leading Arjun to follow him.

Elsewhere, Kashvi scolds Dadi for always coming behind her when Dadi says that she does not Kashvi to do such sensitive missions in which her life is always at stake.

Kashvi tells Dadi that she wanted to do this mission as the lives of babies were at stake because doctors were using these babies.

Dadi gives her blessings while Kashvi recalls her past and gets emotional while remembering the day when she left Faridabad and she thinks about her child.
