Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 11th October 2023 episode starts with Arjun and the worker carrying the pipeline, while Mahima happily joins them.

Mahima motivates the workers to not stop until the work gets completed, during which she starts coughing and Arjun brings water for her.

Arjun asks her to take a rest, stating that he will manage the work but, Mahima says that she will work.

He tells Mahima that she since morning she has been working continuously, so he makes her sit and asks her to have some water.

After that, Arjun walks away, while Mahima gives a wicked smile and murmurs that he is a fool as he easily believes her lies.

On the other hand, Kashvi comes home, while Nitya asks her why she came early, leading Kashvi to say that the party was boring.

After that she asks about Arjun's whereabouts, thus leading Nitya to lie to her stating that he might be in the office, leading Kashvi to state that she is going to see him in the office.

Nitya tries to stop her but Kashvi ignoringly goes away from there, while Nitya texts Mahima that Kashvi is going to Arjun’s office, so she might come to the construction site.

On the other hand, Arjun asks the worker to install the tank while the worker says that they cannot complete the work today as they are tired.

Meanwhile, Mahima tries to motivate them by providing some snacks for the workers, while Arjun says that he is impressed by her gesture as she is taking care of the workers so nicely.

In the meantime, Kashvi goes to Arjun’s office and sees that the office is not open, so she asks security about it, then she directly goes to the construction site.

Meanwhile, Arjun praises Mahima in front of the workers and announces that he is hiring her permanently, then she hugs him.

Till then, Kashvi comes there while Mahima notices her and goes to meet her and she tells her that she is so excited about her new job.

Meanwhile, Arjun comes there and tells everything to Kashvi about Mahima’s work, while Kashvi asks her when did she do her diploma as she was away from Faridabad.

Mahima lies stating that she never got a chance to show her capability to anyone as after she came back everyone had made bad image of her.

She says that she told about her diploma to Mohit, thus starting her drama, and feigns feeling bad for trusting Mohit.

Kashvi and Arjun try to console her and after that, Kashvi asks Arjun why didn’t he receive her call as today they had to go for dinner.

Arjun says that he left his phone on the table and he brings it while, Kashvi angrily asks him if his work had been completed then they should come home.

He feels that Kashvi is angry and tries to talk to her and later when they reach home, while Mahima tells everyone that she is working as a product manager in Arjun’s office.

Meanwhile, Dadi takes Kashvi to another room and explains her that she should ask Arjun to remove Mahima from the job, as she has eyes on him from the start.

Dadi tells Kashvi that if Mahima works in his office then she will get more time to spend with Arjun which is harmful to her married life, thus making Kashvi agreeingly state that she will talk about it.
