Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 11th September 2023 episode starts with Kashvi requesting the Judge to allow her to present the facts to prove Arjun and Mr Jaiswal's innocence.

Kashvi says that she cannot bear to watch two innocent people getting punished by the court on the basis of incomplete evidence that does not portray the truth.

The judge says that he cares about the people whose lives can get ruined due to his decisions and allows Kashvi to present her facts and evidence on the condition that they should be genuine.

Pradyuman gets irritated seeing Kashvi speak about evidence but smirks after remembering that if Arjun is proved innocent, then Kashvi will be the one to go to jail as she has signed the papers.

Kashvi brings a file to the judge and tells him that Arjun signed the deal on 20th August, the same day Kashvi's department accused her of approving the wrong medicine.

Kashvi explains the string of events by starting with her signing the papers with the rejected seal as the medicines were not fit for marketing and consumption.

However, the papers changed overnight with the approved seal appearing on them which caused all the problems as RG Healthcare received the approved documents and produced the medicine thinking there was no problem.

Arjun brought the company and took responsibility for the mistake so that Kashvi would not get blamed and she was declared innocent by the directors.

Kashvi says that Arjun did everything to save her from getting blamed after which the opposing lawyer infers that Kashvi is the main culprit in this case.

Hearing that Kashvi declares that she never confessed that she had signed those papers as the papers changed by themselves overnight and the rejected stamp turned into an approved one.

Jagdish tells Nitya that he is relieved to hear Kashvi and says that Kashvi was just acting to have a divorce from Arjun.

Kashvi says that she has been investigating the matter and found out the truth which starts a flashback with Kashvi and her lawyer trying to find the truth.

Kashvi and her lawyer come to her office and check the papers again when Mishra Ji comes to serve tea and Kashvi notices the expensive watch on his wrist.

With suspicion rising, Kashvi decides to check the CCTV footage of the office and notices nothing unusual there after which she asks the guard to play the footage of the corridors.

Kashvi and her lawyer are shocked to spot Mishra Ji hiding the file inside his shirt which confirms their suspicion and they call Mishra Ji again.

After Mishra Ji comes, Kashvi asks him about his watch and tells him to call the person who has given it to him as she wants the price for her budget.

Kashvi asks Mishra Ji to stop his acting and threatens to call the police which makes Mishra Ji confess that he did everything after receiving money from someone.

Back to the present, Kashvi asks permission from the judge to call Mishra Ji as a witness which makes Pradyuman nervous and he proceeds to leave but Kashvi requests him to stay.

Mishra Ji reveals the truth and exposes Pradyuman by saying that he was the one who gave money to steal the papers.

Kashvi reveals how Pradyuman tried to threaten her after she did not accept his tender and instead, Arjun got the deal which is why Pradyuman decided to frame Arjun.

The judge announces Arjun to be innocent and the police arrest Pradyuman after which the family comes to meet Arjun and Kashvi.

Dadi says that the end is well and everyone should stay happy while Arjun comes to hug Kashvi but she tells him that she has a surprise for him.
