Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 12th April 2023 episode starts with Paati telling Samrat to put sindoor in Nayantara's maang while giving blessings to them.

Samrat prays to God to have Nayantara as his wife in every life while Paati prays for the protection and happiness of her family and everyone leaves the temple.

Suddenly, Mansi arrives and touches Akhtar's feet to take his blessings while he looks surprised after seeing her.

Mansi calls him Dad which leaves everyone shocked while Malti asks Akhtar about Mansi calling him Dad and blames him for hiding the truth.

Samrat gets afraid while thinking of the situation but at that time Malti gets emotional while saying that she shouldn't have accepted Akhtar.

Akhtar walks to her and tells her that she is overthinking the situation while telling them that Mansi is his stepdaughter.

Mansi confusingly asks Akhtar about never telling her that he has a family in India but Nayantara interrupts them while being puzzled.

Nayantara asks him not to tell them anything about Mansi but he defends himself by saying that he didn't know that they already know each other.

However, Nayantara asks Akhtar about him already knowing about Samrat and his marriage with Mansi while he tells her that Samrat told him to hide the truth.

She walks toward Samrat while looking at him questionably so he tells Nayan about following her at a coffee shop and how he got surprised by seeing Akhtar there.

However, Samrat says he is the one who got shocked to see Nayan & Ishani call Akhtar "Appa" and he hid the truth just because he doesn't want to hurt her.

Ishani tells Akhtar that Mansi is an evil and selfish lady but Mansi starts crying to get Akhtar's sympathy while saying that Nayantara is trying to frame her as a bad person.

Nayantara explains to Akhtar about Mansi getting divorced from Samrat while leaving her baby and choosing Raghav for money.

Further, she explains that Mansi trying to kill her just to return to Samrat's life and Samrat agrees with her by saying that he is the one who sent Mansi to jail.

Mansi disagrees with them while blaming Nayantara for everything that happened which makes Samrat lose his temper.

Akhtar says that he believes Nayantara and Samrat as he knows them in person while telling Mansi that she is greedy since childhood but he ignored her bad habits of being a father.

Mansi blames Nayantara for snatching everything from her and now taking her father while crying and shouting.

Suddenly she grabs Nayan's neck while saying that she will kill her which leaves everyone shocked.

Samrat pushes Mansi away from Nayantara while saying that she has to face him first.

Mansi falls on the street due to heavy push and looks at Akhtar for help so Akhtar walks to her while giving her a hand to stand up.

However, Akhtar stops her from hugging him while saying that he arranged her bail and gave her money for his duty as a father.

He reminds her that the bail is temporary and now, he will not help her anymore while warning her to get out of their lives and leaves there with everyone.

Mansi stops Aaliya while crying and apologize for her doing but Aaliya says that she won't destroy Nayantara's happiness for an evil and selfish lady like her and leaves the temple.
