Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 12th July 2023 episode starts with Kaashvi examining the saree she revived from Aruna's wardrobe and concludes that the torn saree matches exactly with the piece she found at the factory.

She is left stunned to find that it is Aruna who killed her parents.

Soon, she recalls how angrily Arjun expressed his resentment of her presence to Jagdish and concludes that she will not involve Arjun anymore or hurt him anymore.

Kaashvi thinks about who will understand her and determines to share Nitya about this case.

Later, Kaashvi storms out from Aruna's room while Nitya smirks at seeing her, thinking she must have sowed the seeds of suspicion towards Aruna.

Nitya recalls how she received a new saree secretly from the window Sharmaji and carefully tore it apart in the same pattern and placed it in Aruna's wardrobe.

Meanwhile, Suraj harshly bashes Kamala, the maid for not ironing his clothes well while Pankaj accuses her to be greedy who is a slacker.

Kamala weeps and says she could not work well this day due to illness while Suraj scolds her roughly for being irresponsible and orders her to leave the work.

Just then, Kaashvi enters and tightly slaps Suraj asking him to apologize to Kamala.

Meanwhile, Aruna scolds Kaashvi for slapping her son as she never even scolded them, and states that they have the right to point out mistakes in the house.

Arjun steps in and objects that Suraj is wrong because Kamala is their helper, not a slave, and asks both Suraj and Pankaj to ask for forgiveness.

Aruna shouts at Jagdish asking how he can withstand his sister's disrespect while Jagdish shouts back to Suraj and asserts them to apologize to Kamala.

Even Nitya asserts Suraj and Pankaj realize their mistakes which angers Aruna and she goes away with her sons.

Meanwhile, Pandit ji starts the puja with Kaashvi, Arjun, Nitya, and Jagdish which gets over with time.

Concurrently, Kaashvi stops Nitya and states she has something to share with her while Nitya gets happy knowing that she has trapped Kaashvi.

Kaashvi states that she found a torn saree in Aruna's cupboard that matches the saree piece found in the factory.

This concludes that Aruna is Madamji who killed the shooter who was going to declare her parents' murderers.

Kaashvi even reveals that her father had revealed via tape recorder that the woman involved belongs to her in-law's family.

Nitya pretends and scolds Kaashvi for blaming Aruna and states that just with a torn saree and tape recorder she cannot accuse her as the police would demand solid proof.

At the same time, Suraj and Pankaj overhear Kaashvi's allegation and go on to fight with her for their mother.

Aruna arrives, disturbed by the chaos, and gets to know about Kaashvi's blame which makes her agitated.

They involve in a petty quarrel when Kaashvi states all the evidence she has against her but Nitya asks why she did not blame her as she is also a woman of the house.

Kaashvi lowers her eyes and states she had already checked her saree which was fine.

Frustrated, Nitya asks Suraj and Aruna to go inside and assures them that she will solve Kaashvi's confusion.

Later, as they leave Nitya assures Kaashvi that she will talk to the police commissioner about this incident and assert cruel punishment for Nayantara and Samrat's murderer.
