Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 12th October 2023 episode starts with Kashvi coming inside her room and l observes Arjun sitting there.

She goes close to him and holds his hand when he tells her that today they had done very hard work as they have completed the task manually because the digging machine stopped working.

He also tells her that today Mahima managed everything smartly while she asks him to rethink giving Mahima a job and she also tells him that Mahima always makes mistakes.

Arjun agrees with her and he also tells her that earlier he was also thinking the same but after seeing Mahima's determination his perception towards her changed that's why he offered her a job.

Meanwhile, he also asks her if she does not like this thing so he will remove Mahima from the job, and after that, he receives an urgent phone call so he goes and talks with his client.

On the other hand, Kashvi goes to Mahima's room and hears Mahima and Nitya's conversation, Mahima is grateful to Arjun for giving her a chance to stand on her feet and Mahima also tells her that after Mohit's incident, she was completely broken.

After hearing their conversation, Kashvi gets a confirmation that Mahima has changed and she goes from there while Mahima thanks Nitya for informing her that Kashvi is having doubts about her and she is following her.

Later the next morning, Nitya tells Kashvi that today she has to go to jail along with NGO women to motivate the ladies in the jail Kashvi gets excited to go there and meets the NGO head.

They reach the jail and Kashvi finds that Aruna is shouting and asking the constable to allow her to meet Kashvi while Kashvi goes and talks to her when the Constable tells her that they are taking her to the hospital as she had a heart attack.

On the other hand, the inspection team reaches the construction site and approves Arjun's project while he congratulates and celebrates with his team.

Meanwhile, Mahima asks him to have lunch as he might be hungry and says that she is also feeling hungry. 

Elsewhere, Kashvi's aunt tells her that she is innocent while Kashvi says that all the proofs are against her but her heart is asking her to have faith in her as she is not lying.

Meanwhile, they take Aruna to the hospital while a member of the investigation team reaches the construction site again and tells Arjun that he has to seek permission from the environmental ministry team for the project.

Mahima tells Arjun that she will do this work and Arjun is happy to hear that while on the other hand, Kashvi reaches the hospital and the doctor tells her that Aruna's condition is critical as she is not responding to their treatment.

Kashvi goes to meet her while Aruna gets anxious and asks her to help whereas Kashvi tries to console her.

Aruna also tells her that someone has intentionally done all these things so that all the blame could come on her and she starts crying while asking Kashvi to help her.
