Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 14th October 2023 episode starts with Kashvi going inside Nitya’s office and giving all the details of the NGO to her.

Nitya praises her and suddenly peon comes inside, asking Nitya to come with him as Commissioner Sir is calling her.

She tells Kashvi that she will give her next project after meeting the commissioner and goes from there while Kashvi murmurs that she should go and meet Birju’s family to collect the information about his uncertain death.

Meanwhile, Arjun plays Gazal in his car and Mahima says that it's her favourite song while Arjun wonders if she likes it.

Mahima advises him to never judge a book by its cover and adds that she has changed as earlier she was searching for a man who could give her a luxurious lifestyle but now she is satisfied as she is capable of doing it on her own.

Meanwhile, Kashvi goes to meet Birju’s family and tells his mother that he killed her mother and father.

Birju’s mother asks for an apology from her and says that she tried to explain to him many times to leave doing such work.

Just then, her sister tells Kashvi that he told her that this was the last work that he was doing as he would be getting a good amount of it and after that, he passed away.

Birju’s mother shows the equipment and luxurious things that Birju purchased for them while his sister mentions that they haven’t used the money till now which he received for killing Kashvi’s mother.

On the other hand, Arjun and Mahima go to the minister’s house while they wait for a long but the minister does not come.

Arjun gets frustrated and asks her to leave this place now as they have waited a lot but the minister hasn’t come yet.

Meanwhile, the Minister comes and Arjun greets him while the minister recognizes him and signs his paper.

Arjun thanks him while the minister praises him for doing such a good thing for the rural people and after that, Arjun and Mahima leave for the house.

Meanwhile, Kashvi decides to go bank and interrogate the details of the transaction but the manager tells her that he cannot give her the details as the money was deposited in cash.

Kashvi feels bad and requests the manager to help while Arjun tells Mahima that he wants to tell this good news to Kashvi.

Meanwhile, Mahima takes him to a dhaba for dinner and bribes the worker at the dhaba to do some malfunctioning in their car as she wants to spend some time with him.

Worker inquires but she does not tell him the truth and requests him to do so that they can stop in between the forest as there she has planned something romantic for him.

On the other hand, Kashvi reaches home when Dadi asks her where she lost since morning so Kashvi lies to her that she is busy with NGO work.

After that, Kashvi asks Dadi about Arjun when Romila tells her that Arjun and Mahima have both been away from home since morning.

Nitya tells her that they have gone to have the signature of the minister for their project leading Kashvi to call Arjun but his phone is unreachable.
