Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 15th September 2022 episode starts with Preesha feeling guilty about saying 'I love you' to Rudra.

Feeling restless she sits up on her bed while Pihu enters her room and asks Preesha why she hasn’t slept yet.

Pihu keeps her phone on the bed while Preesha reveals she told Rudra ‘I love you’ but she is married to Arman.

Pihu asks Preesha again whether Rudra tortured her or not and Preesha says yes.

After caring for Preesha and asking her to go back to sleep, Pihu returns to call Rudra saying he does not need to worry about Preesha.

When Rudra thanks her, Pihu says she is only doing this for Preesha and to find out the truth.

Rudra had called Pihu previously to go check on Preesha since he knew she would feel troubled.

The next day, Arman returns and asks Preesha if she is happy to see him.

Preesha says she is just shocked while Arman tauntingly says only Chacha Ji cares for him in the house.

Telling Kanchan to distribute the sweets amongst the servants, Arman goes to freshen up while Rudra, Vanshika, and the kids arrive after Kanchan invites them inside the Thakur premises.

Prem Ji asks the reason why Kanchan called them but Arman says he is the one who called them.

Standing up, Arman tells Prem he is the one who sent Arman to jail.

Creating a shock wave amongst the Khuranas, Arman removes Rudra’s fake beard wig, and glasses, one by one while Preesha gets shell shocked.

Arman says he has been right the whole time, telling Preesha this is what Rudra is capable of playing a dirty little game.

WhenArman says Rudra even used Kanchan, Preesha slaps Rudra.

She screams at him and asks how could he do this while Pihu holds Preesha back.

Arman smiles to himself while the kids get sad.

In a flashback, Digvijay can be seen going to the Khurana House and spotting Rudra and Preesha close to each other.

He hears Preesha say 'I love you' to Rudra and tells Arman about it.

Losing his mind, Arman asks Digvijay to show him the medicines he is giving Preesha and says he cannot lose her.

Arman realizes that Rudra played big this time by exchanging the medicines and screams at Digvijay to get him out of the jail tomorrow.
