Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 17th April 2023 episode starts with Nayantara doubtfully asking Samarat, that why they have come to meet Mansi with cash and He replies that Mansi is blackmailing him after knowing that, Govind is involved in Ashok's missing case.

Meanwhile, Samrat meets Govind in jail and asks him, why he has taken the blame for Mansi's murder, but Govind depressingly replies as that was the only option otherwise the police would have arrested Samrat.

Further, he gets upset by saying that, maybe this is a punishment for his previous wrongdoings while Samrat sympathetically tells him, he will try for his bail.

At that time, the officer destroys their hope by saying that bail won't be accepted, as the forensic report has come and Govind's finger print's matched with the fingerprints present on the knife while leaving them shocked.

On the other hand, at night, Samrat gets a message and leaves the room noiselessly while looking at Nayantara.

After that, in the morning, Paati worriedly asks Malti about Govind as he has not been at home for the whole night but Samrat comes with Nayantara and tells them about the incident while leaving them stunned.

Demolishment of proofs 

At the same time, Samrat gets a call from the police, saying that with all the proof and Mansi's dead body, everything turned into ashes due to fire at the forensic lab.

Further, he surprises them by saying that, they are releasing Govind as they don't have any proof to file a case.

In meantime, Samrat gets Govind home and everyone seems overwhelmed, and suddenly Samrat tells Nayantara, that he wants to talk with her in private.

Nayantara says him that they can have a talk later but Samrat insists on her.

 Nayantara tells him that he can ask in the presence of everyone as they are family, and then Samrat hesitantly asks her for a date which makes her shy.

Samrat's shocking move

Meanwhile, at the hill, Nayantara gets overjoyed after seeing the arrangements, and thanks Samrat for making her feel special.

Suddenly, Samrat gets emotional and expresses his feeling for her, which leaves her stunned.

Further, he lovingly holds her face in his hands and tells her that, he loves her so much and thinks that his life is meaningless without her presence.

Suddenly he becomes tensed while talking, and Nayantara asks him about, what is on his mind but he holds her shoulder and pushes her down the hill while telling her that he loves her so much.

Mansi is Alive

While falling, Nayantara is shocked by seeing Mansi beside him while Mansi gives a devilish smile.

However, Mansi starts screaming with joy and tells Samrat that she doubted him, as couldn't do that but he did it.

In flashback, Samrat gets a message from an unknown number saying that Samrat can get Govind out of jail and asks him to meet alone

After that, Samrat is shocked as Mansi walks toward him Samrat's mind stops working for a second, as he can not believe that Mansi is alive.

Samrat asks her confusingly, how she can be alive and she replies as she framed her murderer to avenge him.

Samrat tells her that he saw the knife, blood, and her dead body, and further questions her that how a forensic lab can give a false report.

Further, Mansi tells him to relax and explains to him that all people involved already that she is alive rather they helped her to do that because she gave them so much money.

He goes mad at her and starts blaming her as an evil and sick person but she yells at him by saying that he snatched Govind's dad from her.

Mansi's plan

At present, Samrat asks her why she called him and she shocks him by demanding that, he has to kick out Nayantara from his life and his house.

Samrat gets helpless and requests her not to do all this while promising that he will marry her after their divorce from Nayantara.

However, Mansi denies that so Samrat asks her to get Govind out of jail and then he will do as she wants.
